Carabao Cup tonight, and I’m really starting to detest this competition.
It is by far the easiest competition to win out of the three domestic competitions we compete it, and yet we haven’t won it in over 33 years.
Since our last League Cup win we’ve reached the final 4 times, losing to Chelsea, Birmingham City and Man City twice in those finals, the last one being just last season.
It shouldn’t be this hard to win it, and I don’t know why we keep making it so difficult.

Arsenal are now using smart urinals, or S-Urinals, as Kamleon, the company behind the technology, calls them, to measure players hydration levels in real time.
How it works:
1. Smart urinals are installed across training facilities.
2. Players go number one and immediately receive a green, yellow or red hydration score.
3. Medical staff can access the data in real time, identify dehydration and recommend adjustments.
4. Players and staff continuously monitor hydration levels to help optimize performance and recovery. #arsenal #afc

Unai Simon has won the Men's Goalkeeper of the Year award for 2026.
He beat his compatriot, David Raya, to the prize thanks to his efforts with Spain at the World Cup.
But Simon made a total of nine saves in eight games, which — as a body of work — surely does not outshine Raya's season for Arsenal.

Arsenal and Arsenal Women have been absolutely fucking shafted in the Ballon d’Or awards for 2 years running and you’re telling me this isn’t just a popularity contest?
We won the Premier League, reached the CL final, had 3 players win the World Cup and the only fucking award we’ve won isn’t even football related.
The Ballon d’Or awards are a FUCKING farce.
It’s a popularity contest and Arsenal as everyone knows are EXTREMELY unpopular, and it shows.
