Shaping up to be another low quality Premier League season. Arsenal are very complete but City have lost successive games and their wins are pretty much meaningless, that’s another loss for Liverpool, Chelsea are erratic while Bournemouth and Spurs - winless three weeks ago - are now in the top eight.
