❤️👏 One year ago today, Nottingham Forest fan Stephen Crean showed incredible bravery when he confronted a knife attacker on a train after watching his beloved team face Manchester United. As terrified passengers desperately tried to escape, Stephen put his own life at risk to protect complete strangers, suffering injuries to his head, back and hands. 🗣️ “My motive was to protect people. I was scared, but then the fear went away.” In the days that followed, fellow Forest supporters launched a fundraiser with a £500 target, which quickly surpassed £30,000. Stephen had simply gone to watch his football team, never imagining he'd end up risking his life to save others. A year on, his courage deserves to be remembered, alongside everyone affected by that horrific evening. An ordinary football fan who became an extraordinary hero. 👏

18 months ago Nuno was in charge of the 7th best team in the country and heading toward Europe. A ego in football, no matter the level, premier league or Sunday morning, will always come back to bite you on the arse. Close to legend status, now sacked in the champ.

Really hope it was worth it, Nuno. All over Adama Traore, as well…
Nuno Espirito Santo has been sacked by West Ham United. Nuno’s last game in charge was Saturday’s 3-1 home defeat by West Bromwich Albion, which saw West Ham slip below the away side and fall to eighth in the table. Full story from @RoshaneSport ⬇️ bit.ly/4sCbbAO

At the end: - Jesus de Miguel’s family lost a father, a husband, a son, or a sibling. - Owono (the keeper) will face depression and racism forever. - Both careers sadly end here. Sad day for football.💔🕊️

We're trying to end racism through football and one black player has tackled a white guy to death We're cooked 💔

Here is Jesús Owono’s reaction after his tackle on Jesús de Miguel: - He was heading straight down the tunnel because he knew it was a red-card offence, which he was shown on the spot. - His teammate even went over to greet him for the tackle, not realizing how serious the situation was. - He rushed back immediately when he realized the severity of the situation. It was a reckless tackle, and the consequences are heartbreaking. But we must remember that none of these players goes onto the pitch intending to take the life of a fellow player.

Did he deserve better? definitely Would he helped us evolve? Unsure Was hiring Glasner the right thing? 110% #nffc
🚨🌳 Vítor Pereira: “Forest sacked me by email two minutes before midnight!” Pereira says his dismissal on June 30 came after he had completed pre-season preparations, despite keeping Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. 🗣️ “It was a complete surprise. The only thing that was not proper was how they did it.” ⏳ Forest activated a clause allowing either side to terminate before the end of June, having established that Oliver Glasner was interested in taking over. Pereira is now reluctant to jump straight into another relegation battle: “I’m not a fireman.” Did Pereira deserve better after keeping Forest up? 👀
