Dressed like an adult too. So refreshing compared with some of the utter cr_p we see some walk out in for various awards. #SheerClass

Seeing a few posts on here where some are changing their running to fun, instead of chasing faster times.
Chasing faster times IS fun.
Simples.

More deflection. How long have you lived in the UK being located in Congo? Were you born there like me and grew up there? You support a club known to be infested by racists and nonces since the 70s. 🤡🤡🤡 #morelaughable
Fantastic stuff, hope to see you there .
Is #championmonday a thing?
I don’t everything on here, but those who follow me on YouTube will know the amazing news that my fastest marathon time for this year, qualified me for the @TokyoMarathon_E 2027.
This will complete my 6 🌟 @wmmajors which has been a long journey of what will be my first Major that was at @nycmarathon back in 2017.
10 years of highs and lows, but we get there 🤩
For those interested, the back story is on my YouTube with title BIG NEWS 👇🏼

It goes without saying but this is a massive story.
She is the Tokyo Olympic and world marathon champion + has major marathon wins in London, Boston and New York City.
Tested positive for EPO before she won the Sydney Marathon on August 30.

Well this certainly sucks
Not as obvious (to me) as some other runners that have been popped in the past, but makes you wonder if late scratches in London each of the past two years were truly due to injury or not
The Athletics Integrity Unit has provisionally suspended reigning world marathon champion 🇰🇪 Peres Jepchirchir after an out-of-competition sample collected in Kenya returned an adverse analytical finding for EPO. The sample was taken before her Sydney Marathon win.
One of the most decorated marathoners of this generation:
• Olympic champion, Tokyo 2021 🥇
• Reigning world champion, Tokyo 2025 🥇
• Four-time World Marathon Major winner: New York (2021), Boston (2022), London (2024), Sydney (2026) 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆
• Her 2:16:16 to win the 2024 London Marathon was the women's-only world record at the time
• She owns a personal best of 2:14:43 from Valencia 2025
She can request analysis of the B sample, and the case proceeds to a charge or is closed depending on what follows.
