🚨 ORACLE'S AI EMPIRE IS FACING A MASSIVE FINANCIAL CRISIS. Microsoft is pulling back from its AI computing deal with Oracle, citing outdated Nvidia chips. This comes as Oracle is already carrying over $125 BILLION in borrowings, $260 BILLION in data center lease commitments and billions in negative free cash flow. And the problems are growing. • Oracle's stock has crashed more than 68% from its September 2025 peak. • The company raised $43 BILLION through debt financing during fiscal 2026. • It has also issued a force majeure notice tied to the Stargate data center project in New Mexico. • Meanwhile, Microsoft's infrastructure partner IREN has delayed deliveries after Microsoft requested changes to its network design. Oracle is spending enormous amounts of money building AI infrastructure based on expectations of massive future demand. But Microsoft is already moving away from some of its older computing capacity, showing how quickly expensive AI hardware can lose its value. And with investors increasingly questioning whether AI companies can justify their spending, Oracle is facing pressure from both customers and financial markets. If more customers start cancelling or renegotiating contracts, Oracle could be left with billions in debt and expensive data centers that aren't generating the revenue it expected.

BREAKING: Scientists confirm that an ADHD partner will unconsciously pick a random, stressful argument 20 minutes before leaving for a vacation, a date night, or a road trip—just to manufacture enough adrenaline to survive the transition. Researchers baffled. ADHD couples packing the car in icy silence: "Every single trip." Here is why the "Pre-Vacation Fight" happens, and how to stop it before it ruins your weekend:

I disagree with this (today) but I think alot of folks underestimate the role Pitre will play at 2b for the Mets in 2027.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but if the market is wildly selling off AI stocks because of the election results then it’s safe to assume the value wasn’t in the product but in the administrations willingness to let Silicon Valley fellate each other on your dime.

This is decent value and immediately an incredibly tradeable asset to have whatever baseball looks like when we have a new deal
Terms: Jacob Young and the Nationals reached an agreement on a four-year, $23 million contract extension that includes an $8 million option for a fifth season, according to a source familiar with the deal.

I’m a big fan of single-issue bills. No more wrapping everything into one super complicated bill. Pass the agenda in pieces in a transparent way for everyone to understand. It’ll help us get more done with different coalitions on each issue.

The Giants have 2 Division Games coming up that if they win can put a chokehold on this division. You play Sunday and Thursday, you can’t wait until Tuesday to make a trade. If this is the Colts mindset it’s time to pivot.
Sources: The #Colts have received plenty of calls on several players, including Jonathan Taylor, Josh Downs, Grover Stewart and others. But the belief around the league is that, barring an offer that blows them away, Indianapolis plans to wait until after Sunday’s game vs the Cowboys before revisiting the offers on the table and making the trades that make sense on Monday and Tuesday ahead of the deadline.

Most fans want an MLB salary cap for two reasons: they’re jealous of what players make, and they’re mad their local owners (Pirates, Marlins, A’s) refuse to try. That’s emotion, not math. Payroll explains roughly a third of wins. The other two-thirds is development, scouting, and competent management. The Rays and Brewers just proved it again. MLB has as many different champions as the “parity” leagues that already have caps. A hard cap mostly protects owners profits and franchise values while giving cheap owners a permanent excuse. Your team isn’t losing because Ohtani exists. It’s losing because the people who own it chose not to compete. Share if you agree Emote below if you don’t

Btw this is true for every sport. Teams have both proprietary systems and other tech not to mention plain old injury information as it happens that can help dictate all sorts of decisions like lineups, playing time etc that we the public won't have. Makes some of our discussions incomplete (but who said having all the facts ever stopped a conversation on Twitter?)
One of the cooler under the hood insights I’ve heard from a head coach at a postgame presser. We talk about the data teams have access to that we don’t. This is a great example of the level of detail that goes into setting a rotation and allocating minutes.

"Here’s what I’ll be watching before December 1: which clubs get their rosters built. If the smart organizations aggressively get their business done before transactions freeze, I’ll take that as a sign they’re expecting to play. If the market barely moves, I’ll be more concerned they’re preparing for a long fight." Just like I said on the #Queensbaseball space the other day. If nothing happens between now and December 1st yeah we are in for a long drawn out process
Morning, baseball fans. Another bootleg offer rejected by the Players Union. Same old song and dance. I lived this in 1994. We walked out August 12 with a salary cap at the center of the dispute, and we lost the rest of the season and the World Series. Here we are, 32 years later, arguing over basically the same thing. Different numbers, same fight. Meanwhile, Forbes estimates the average franchise is worth $2.9 billion—more than double what it was a decade ago. Those values grew under the system we already have. I believe pushing those franchise values even higher is a big part of what the owners want here. And when owners talk about operating losses, show us the whole picture. Smart business owners take advantage of legitimate tax benefits, related businesses, media interests and real estate. A loss on the baseball operation alone doesn’t tell us ownership’s total return. Show us those numbers, too. Don’t sell a salary cap as making everybody equal, either. Football has a hard cap, and some teams use nearly every dollar of their available room while others leave tens of millions available. Basketball has a cap and a floor, yet the Knicks’ cap payroll is roughly $221 million compared with $160 million for the Nets. That’s a $61 million difference between two teams in the same city. A floor can force spending up, and a cap can limit the top, but neither guarantees a competitive organization. You still have to scout, develop and make good decisions. A salary cap doesn’t do that work for you. Here’s what I’ll be watching before December 1: which clubs get their rosters built. If the smart organizations aggressively get their business done before transactions freeze, I’ll take that as a sign they’re expecting to play. If the market barely moves, I’ll be more concerned they’re preparing for a long fight. Here’s my prediction: there’s going to be a lockout, and it’s going to drag through the winter. Spring training won’t start in February. It’ll get pushed to the second or third week of March, and the season will start a little late. Then both sides will look at the money they’re about to lose and say, “Enough. We can’t drag this out any longer.” They’ll get a deal done, and it’ll be pretty close to the system they have now. That’s my call. I’ve seen this fight before. Enough posturing. Get it done. #TheHugeShow #SheGone03

This team could've been fun and they would've made 2019-2021 really fun but I fear if we got those three it means no Leon, no Worldwide Wes. I'm ok with living in this timeline
The Knicks have lost 17 straight. This time next year could look A LOT different.
