You can take a sandwich-size Ziploc bag with you on your 20 mile run. No gels. You've already got a water bottle. What's in the bag?

If a sweet tart and an electrolyte capsule had a baby, it’d be a @SaltStick FastChew. Included in our June/July boxes to help subscribers beat the summer heat, these tablets prevent dehydration and fatigue due to heat stress by providing electrolytes like what is in your sweat.

Untapped is my FAV. I have trouble with gels and do a lot of toddler “super food” pouches & food on trail runs. But for marathons where I’m not wearing a vest, I’m 💯 @untappedmaple & @SaltStick fast chews in my pockets. Water only. Hasn’t failed me. (Nuun pre&post race)

If a Sweet Tart and an electrolyte had a baby, it would be a @SaltStick Fastchew. Found in your April/May box, these tart, chewable tablets replace the exact same electrolytes you sweat out in a form your body can easily absorb so you can keep going for longer #FUELYOURPHENOMENAL

Saturday was the absolute greatest day I could have ever imagined. I was able to set a world record. I went from 12:19 to 11:32. Nevertheless, Saturday was a tune up. On June 19th I am headed to Six Days in a Dome for a shot at the overall 100 mile record that stands at 11:14:56.
