1. Some researchers & legal scholars are expressing concerns about the #LucyLetby trial. Today I interviewed one such prominent researcher @LawHealthTech to discuss his concerns

With my massive following of 55 I'm not sure this announcement is going to be a success, but it's worth a try. On Tuesday we start a 19 day charity cycle around England and Wales to raise funds for @PAPYRUS_Charity . We lost our son to suicide in 2013 at the age of 17.

100k views on a documentary neither of us had experience making, with no financial backing or promotion..
Opened up a lot of eyes to the shortcomings in this case!

@SandraLean5 I'm looking for a copy of Innocents Betrayed. Can you please tell me the best way to read this?
Many thanks, Nicola

If you do anything today get on these. Followed the case as most did back then thru the newspaper and remember having an argument with my dad about it. From what I was reading during the trial the police didn’t have a case at all and today I’m even more convinced

I don't know who killed Jill Dando but I'm as sure as I can be that Barry George did not & I base that on credible evidence that's in the public domain. It's a travesty of justice that @metpoliceuk can't except that fact & move on to catch her killer. She deserves better.

you also hace to be expert enough to know everything they should do and ensure they do it AND record the whole process so you can "hold them to account" if they "screw up" (where screwing up equates to their default behaviour)

After listening to the podcast with Sandra lean. I am 99% sure Luke Mitchell is an innocent man, doing 20 years plus, for a crime he did not commit. It’s easy to blame police and a cover up but surely the jury of the trial must hang their head in shame.@jamesenglish0

Brilliant podcast @jamesenglish0 with @SandraLean5 about the Luke Mitchell case. I think at the time the public had made their minds up based on what the media and police wanted us to believe. The boy deserves a retrial at the very least. Keep up the great work.

Apologies for our Twitter silence recently. We've been working hard on the #forensicscience report which was agreed yesterday. We're pleased to announce that it will be published on 1 May after which the Government will have 2 months to respond to the recommendations.

I remember evey single one of the days for three whole months when our son was degradingly paraded in a glass box in front of the jury. I will never forget when the witch trial concluded and the guilty verdicts came in. I put my head in my hands and when I looked up he was gone.
