I'm extremely proud to have completed my UEFA Pro Diploma with The FA.
Two years ago, I applied for the course, and after eight trips, more than 82,000 miles across the U.S., England, Slovakia, Austria, and countless hours of study, we did it.
Having previously completed the U.S. Pro Licence, earning the UEFA Pro Licence is another significant milestone in my coaching journey. The best part, by far, has been the people. I'm grateful for the friendships, conversations, and lessons that will stay with me long after the course.
As a female coach, I’m especially proud to have reached this milestone and hope it helps inspire and encourage more women to pursue the highest levels of coaching and leadership in our game.
A huge thank you to The FA and UEFA for supporting my journey. I hope more coaches have the opportunity to pursue this path.
This achievement would not have been possible without FIFA and the Portland Thorns. Thank you to Lisa, Alex, Karina, Elise, and Jeff for your support and investment in my development as both a person and a coach.
To my family, thank you for your unconditional support every step of the way. Cal, I wish we had one night in heaven to celebrate together. 🙏📈🎓

Very grateful to @SarahLowdon for taking time out of her busy schedule to chat today. We talked about her professional journey, tactics in the @NWSL, factors to consider when shaping strategy, and several other interesting topics. It really got me thinking about certain aspects that I hadn't previously considered. I found the conversation extremely useful and, unsurprisingly, learned a lot from someone so knowledgeable.
It’s amazing to see how this platform opens up opportunities to connect with such experienced professionals. Wishing Sarah and @ThornsFC the very best for the remainder of the season!
It's been a while since my last networking conversation but I had the amazing opportunity today to speak with @dauntekcrawford. I find his work with @FAWales and @SentinelSportsG really fascinating for different reasons.
For context, as I've previously mentioned, I'm working towards a long-term goal of becoming a Sporting Director or having a position within a football club's senior leadership team. And so, I quite enjoy strategy and management.
The projects and work that Daunté has experience in aligns with my interests, which made for an enjoyable long conversation. It's always great to learn from professionals who've had more exposure. Also, a quick shoutout to @ground_guru since I was exposed to Daunte's work through their articles.
Really excited to see what Daunté will do in the future. Wishing him and SSG the very best!

Had a blast presenting to some of the delegates of this year’s UEFA Pro Licence course, run by the FA.
Third year in a row giving them a Xavier school tour and then a talk on culture and teams
