What a great night in Medora as @TRPresLibrary opened its first temporary exhibition with my friend and Pulitzer Prize winning photographer @kennerly. 60 years of being “In The Room” on full display. I could not be more honored to be part of this historic moment, as a legend opens his exhibition in North Dakota’s legendary library.

The benefit of being a Senator from North Dakota is I get to know all of the NDHA members and have an opportunity to meet with them and hear firsthand about their successes and challenges. This makes me a stronger advocate for them and their colleagues in other states will benefit as a result.

After hearing about the challenges faced by Sea Foam, I led a delegation letter calling on @USCPSC to get this right and stop applying portable fuel container regulations to fuel additives. Good to see the Commission finalized its new course of action. We need sensible regulations to protect consumers without the bureaucracy getting in the way of North Dakota businesses.

The Offerdahl Engineering Complex is the best kind of playground for @NDSU students to transform their curiosity and training into the workforce of tomorrow. Nothing beats hands on learning to foster American innovation!

Impressive to see and operate some of the groundbreaking technologies under development at @NDSU’s Tech Park, NDeavor, where they are taking innovative ideas and putting them out in the world for use. The team’s agility and precision is what our military, first responders and entrepreneurs need to be competitive and successful. It is great to see North Dakota leading the way!

Fascinating tour at @NDSU Biotech Innovation Core seeing innovation in action. Scott’s from Rolla and Kaycie is from West Fargo. They, along with the students and businesses they work with, are building on North Dakota’s world-class health and agriculture ecosystem. These homegrown solutions are what our state, nation, and the world needs.

Big things are happening in medical discovery here in North Dakota, and this innovative ecosystem has always been here, from our Norwegian ancestors to today. This has always been a place where people take an idea, put in hard work, apply intellectual rigor, and turn it into something that makes a difference. North Dakota, and especially the Fargo region, has what it takes—the talent, tools, and drive—to advance the bioscience sector and be part of the solution. I love how we don’t need to ask, “Why not in North Dakota?” because our people are already answering the question.

This drone was impressive when Ukrainian military leaders showed it to me inside a warehouse where it was undergoing testing. It’s even more impressive two weeks later in the field already saving lives.
Ukraine says it carried out the world’s first drone airlift of an injured soldier after land mines blocked a ground rescue.

Had a great day in the heart of North Dakota’s Prairie Potholes with local farmers and @USFWS Director Brian Nesvik. The federal government’s overreach has squashed private property rights and is a breach of contract. Thank you to Director Nesvik for coming back to North Dakota to see the problem on the ground. It’s time to kill the illegal Biden rule and make decades of wrongs right for landowners.

I joined @margbrennan on @FaceTheNation to discuss my trip to Ukraine with @SenatorWicker. Putin is a thug targeting Ukrainian civilians. We discussed options to help @ZelenskyyUa win the war and protect his people.

It was a wonderful evening celebrating Diwali with Bismarck’s Indian community! Diwali reminds us of the power of light over darkness and the importance of choosing hope, even in challenging times. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this meaningful tradition, experience such a vibrant culture, and recognize the many contributions the Indian community makes to our state. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for allowing us to share in this special celebration. We are grateful to have you as part of our North Dakota community and honored to serve you!

This @USOCC report shines the light on the debanking perpetrators over the last couple decades. It’s blatant discrimination. It’s why we need to pass my Fair Access to Banking Act.

Free people surrendering to a brutal Communist dictator who kills children is not peace. It is bondage.
Elon laid out a path to peace between Ukraine and Russia back in October 2022, and he was attacked for it by almost everyone In November 2023, he explained to Lex Fridman why he had proposed peace: “a lot of people dying for basically almost no changes in land,” with an entire generation of young Ukrainians and Russians paying the price Two and a half years after his original proposal, he warned that Ukraine should seek peace or suffer severe loss of life for no gains, and called continuing the war cruel and inhumane Today the world is talking about the same kind of deal he proposed, only after hundreds of thousands more lives were thrown into a meat grinder for almost nothing He was right then, and he is right now

The Point Defense Battle Lab at @319thRW is an incredible asset to North Dakota’s defense ecosystem. Col. Rosales and the dedicated airmen at Grand Forks Air Force Base are crucial to countering small UAS incursions across the Air Force, and it’s great to hear they’ve already run more than a dozen exercises this year.

Today’s @usocc report confirms all nine of the biggest national banks had policies to restrict services over politics, religion, and lawful business practices. This is further proof we need to pass my Fair Access to Banking Act to ensure these banks make lending and service decisions based on impartial analysis, not political favoritism.
Under the leadership of @POTUS and @SecScottBessent, @USComptroller Jonathan V. Gould is ending the weaponization of finance. Read about the OCC’s supervisory review of debanking activities in its nine largest national banks and its efforts to guarantee fair banking for all Americans. occ.gov/FairBanking

Had a valuable bilateral discussion with commander of United States European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe General Alexus G. Grynkewich and heard updates from Lithuanian Defense Minister Robertas Kuanas at the @WarsawForum
.@WarsawForum was a great place to have candid and meaningful conversations about the future of European and transatlantic security. Aligning with defense officials and colleagues from across the region regarding the future of our alliance is more important than ever.
