SpaceX just got FCC approval to acquire three more spectrum licenses for Starlink Mobile in the 1695–1710 MHz band, expanding its spectrum coverage across additional areas of the US The FCC also waived traditional terrestrial network construction requirements for these licenses, clearing the way for satellite-based use without building conventional cell towers Two weeks ago, SpaceX agreed to buy nationwide 800 MHz low-band spectrum, which can penetrate walls and provide coverage inside buildings Satellites and ground infrastructure working together as one carrier: “One network that provides Americans with a reliable service indoors, outdoors, in cellular dead zones, and everywhere in between” The end of dead zones is coming docs.fcc.gov/public/attachme…

SpaceX's Bastrop complex is rapidly turning into an entire industrial city, and the scale of what's being built is incredible Starlink kits are already being manufactured here, a massive 1.1 MILLION sq ft solar cell factory is under construction nearby, and SpaceX is planning its Gigasat Factory in Bastrop to mass-produce Starmind SI satellites
BIG NEWS: SpaceX has given me approval to fly their locations and bring updates to their locations without TFRs! Thank you Brian, James, and SpaceX Security for helping set up this program. It really means a lot to me. You guys rock! SPACEX: For my first flight I went to the Starlink / Starmind Campus in Bastrop, Texas. There is a ton of work taking place. Here is a list of the build sites currently underway. - Solar Ingots and Wafers Facility: This is for upstream silicon production for ingots and wafers that feed solar cell manufacturing. SpaceX is well into the groundworks as they clear and level a massive plot next to the Solar Cell Factory. They will both eventually be connected. - Solar Cells Factory: This is a ~1.1–1.5 million sq ft multi-floor structure currently under construction south of the main Starlink plant. It is designed for high-volume solar cell output with a target ~10 GW/year. Much of the outer walls, windows, and roof is installed. - Starlink Factory: This is the OG building that has undergone multiple expansions. It houses high-volume Starlink kit production, printed circuit boards, and semiconductor packaging. - Warehouse and AI Satellite Development Facility: It is described in conceptual layouts for storage, AI satellite R&D, and related operations. This building has gone up super fast. It started months after the Solar Cells Factory and is now well beyond it. - Starmind / AI Satellite Production Factory: This area is still grass with a small section near the highway now be cleared and leveled. It will be the large-scale Starmind satellite manufacturing building. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments. Subscriber Photo-thread and Support links in the thread. Thanks for watching!

I seriously can't believe Grok Bot just does everything....like literally everything I'd normally do on my laptop, and it just does it for me.... And I'm getting really confident just letting it handle things for me now.... don't think anything will go wrong because it's been handling everything so well so far.... It's really incredible
Grok Bot just booked me a flight and saved me money.....I didn't do anything It's literally so easy...I just told it what I wanted, and it went ahead and handled everything for me I mean, it actually just does the work for you....and it even wished me a great trip

Tesla Q3 2026 Earnings Call: here's the full Grok Bot summary 1. People want more Teslas than Tesla can build - Elon kicked off the call with it: "Demand is growing rapidly for our vehicles. It's exceeding our production by a significant margin" - The car backlog is now the highest in four years - FSD is the biggest reason people are buying: "there's really no competitor for FSD in any car that you can buy" - FSD approval across the EU is a few months away, by Q1 at the latest - Tesla is on track to build about 5 million vehicles a year by around 2030 2. Robotaxi: "It looks like a rocket going to orbit" - The Cybercab fleet in Austin is already about 10x bigger than at launch roughly a month ago - Dallas gets Cybercab next month, and Austin is getting flooded with them: "swarm Austin with Cybercabs everywhere" - Rides will soon run until 2am, and fully 24/7 by the end of the year - Robotaxi becomes a real revenue line in 2027, turning into "a big deal" by Q3 or Q4 - Wherever Tesla is allowed to operate freely, it will end up doing "a majority of all passenger miles on Earth" - The path to a cost of just $0.30 per mile is clear, far cheaper than a human-driven ride 3. Cybercab production - Every Cybercab built right now goes straight into Tesla's own ride fleet, with sales to customers targeted by the end of 2026 - Most Cybercabs will stay Tesla-owned, so you just ride one when you need it, as "transport-as-a-service" - It's built with "50% fewer parts" than any Tesla before, which makes it faster and cheaper to build - The production line can make far more than the listed 125,000 a year 4. FSD - Starting around Q2 2027, owners can add their own cars to the Robotaxi fleet through the V15 software release - Tesla is building its own SI-based maps and navigation - More than 75% of new buyers in North America now pay for FSD at delivery - Over 1.7 million people pay for FSD, half of them on monthly subscriptions - That's close to $1 billion a year in recurring FSD revenue 5. Optimus: "Biggest product on Earth" - Optimus robots are now coming off Tesla's high-volume line in Fremont - The goal is 20,000 robots a week, reached in "at least a year, maybe a little longer" - Other companies can start buying Optimus around the end of 2027 - A video of Optimus doing tasks it was never pre-programmed for is coming in a month or two - Tesla's next-gen AI5 chip goes into Optimus around April 2027 - The hand is the hardest engineering problem, and that's where the remaining work is 6. Terafab: Tesla making its own chips - Equipment goes into the Austin chip fab in the first half of 2027, with the first test chip around May or June - Full production starts in late 2028 - Investment of "tens of billions," and "north of 100 billion" over the long term 7. Energy, Semi and Roadster - Megapacks are "almost sold out" for all of 2027 - Energy gross margin jumped to 33.1% - Tesla Semi production has started at the new factory in Reno - The Roadster demo: "arguably the coolest demo of any product ever" 8. Money - About $20B in capex this year - Up to $30B in borrowing capacity secured, with no plans to touch it this year - Investment climbs to "tens of billions" in 2028 as Tesla builds the future

Elon Musk hilariously explains why Optimus has to learn like a toddler, by playing, making mistakes and getting better over time 😂 “In order for Optimus to get the training data we need, we actually need to make a lot of Optimi. So we need to make, I think, on the order of 10,000 or 20,000 bots and then have them do self-play. We're building up an Optimus academy where Optimus can practice doing a very wide range of tasks And then we can use that data in a flywheel to make it better and better at these various tasks, a big difference with Optimus versus the cars Is we don't have this vast fleet of cars from which we can gather training data. So with Optimus, we have to bootstrap it by making the robots and having them do self-play, which is really how a human learns to navigate the world You can see this when you have a toddler and they grow up and they initially are wobbly and they don't know how to do things, and eventually they, they learn to wipe their own ass, which is a big milestone, because anyone who's had kids knows And then they learn to read and do all sorts of things and be able to do these things. And they learn this by playing And we actually need Optimus to play at scale in order to have it be really good at tasks in the real world”

Over 3.3 million driverless miles. Zero people injured Tesla just launched its official Robotaxi safety page, tracking every collision it reports to NHTSA, with no safety monitor on board: 0 people injured 0 airbag deployments 0 pedestrians or cyclists hit Human drivers over the same miles would have caused about 9.1 injury collisions, 4.1 with airbag deployments and 0.52 involving pedestrians or cyclists Autonomy is already safer than humans tesla.com/robotaxi/safety

Elon Musk on Tesla's Robotaxi miles exploding week over week and the Austin Cybercab fleet growing 10x in just one month "Using Robotaxi, we're seeing the fully autonomous miles driven scale exponentially, meaning scaling very rapidly, and it would be hard to overstate this point, it really is an extremely fast week-over-week growth in autonomous miles. And I don't think there's any company in the world that can match our scale with autonomous vehicles as we continue to ramp. The Cybercab fleet in Austin, for example, has grown by a factor of 10 since launch about a month ago And the cumulative mileage is really, when I look at the weekly chart, it's wow. It looks like a rocket going to orbit basically, it's growing very fast. And I recommend if you want to try it out, come into Austin and you'll see Cybercabs in use at scale in Austin, as I think a lot of people saw with the Austin City Limits concert recently So this is really going to a very good place”

Elon Musk just shared an incredible update on Terafab, and the scale of what he's building is almost impossible to comprehend The Austin research fab is progressing quickly, with the first test chip targeted for May–June 2027 and useful chips at volume around Q3 2028 “Terafab I think will be the most valuable building in the world” “It will probably have an economic value that would place it in the top 20 of countries” And this is especially important for scaling Optimus, removing major semiconductor bottlenecks across memory, logic and packaging

Honestly, it’s pretty crazy how many people think they’re intelligent just because they can sit on some dumb podcast and mock a man who’s actually building the future… only to expose their own room-temperature IQ the moment they try to make an argument “He’s just a lucky billionaire” Lucky? Lucky once: PayPal Lucky twice: Tesla making EVs mainstream when the entire auto industry doubted it could be done Lucky three times: Building orbital rockets with boosters that literally fly back and land Lucky four times: Starlink bringing internet to places that never had it Lucky five times: Neuralink letting people with paralysis control computers using nothing but their thoughts At some point, it stops being luck and starts being the work you’re too lazy to see or understand Most of the people attacking Elon have never shipped a product, never made a payroll, never bet everything they own on an idea the whole world laughed at You have to be a special kind of stupid to have never built a damn thing yourself and still think you’re smarter than the man who’s actually building the future Elon did exactly that in 2008 and almost lost everything trying to keep Tesla and SpaceX alive And in 50 years, nobody will remember the takes Everyone will remember the rockets

President Trump just gave Elon Musk an incredibly powerful acknowledgment for saving lives during Hurricane Helene “Elon saved a lot of lives. You all did. You saved a lot of lives” Entire communities in North Carolina were cut off, power lines were destroyed, and people were left without communication during the devastating hurricane Trump called Elon and explained how desperate the situation was and asked for as much Starlink equipment as possible, and within just five hours, an enormous amount of equipment was made available to help reconnect affected communities people were stranded with no way to communicate, Elon stepped in with Starlink helped restore a critical lifeline He's not just building technology that's changing the world. He's building technology that's SAVING LIVES when people need it most
