It's disturbing that @PAHouseDems HB 1042 puts criminals 1st & victims last. Their bill would allow a non-remorseful murderer or a violent sexual predator to be released for having asthma/COVID through Medical parole/"get out of jail free card."

The PA Senate passed SB 1400 TWICE, while House Democrats offered their own soft-on-crime bill the day before the deadline. What were they waiting for? Sponsored by @SenLisaBaker, SB 1400 would create a responsible sentencing structure for 2nd degree murder.

✅The final guidelines for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit confirm that opting into this program should be an easy decision that will help 1.8M PA students, whether they choose to attend private, public, or home school.
