SERMAYE PİYASALARINDAKİ MANİPÜLATİF İŞLEMLERE VE HAKSIZ KAZANÇLARA YÖNELİK MÜCADELEMİZİ KARARLILIKLA SÜRDÜRECEĞİZ! Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın @RTErdogan’ın liderliğinde; vatandaşlarımızın haklarını ve birikimlerini korumak, sermaye piyasalarında hukuka aykırı işlemlerle haksız kazanç elde edilmesini önlemek adına yürütülen süreci titizlikle takip ediyor, sorumluların adalet önünde hesap vermesi ve hak sahiplerinin menfaatlerinin korunması için somut deliller ışığında yürütülen çalışmaları hassasiyetle sürdürüyoruz. Sermaye piyasalarındaki manipülatif işlemlere ilişkin yürütülen soruşturmalar kapsamında bugüne kadar 404 kişi hakkında adli işlem yapılmış; 88 şüpheli tutuklanmış, 26 şüpheli gözaltına alınmış, 195 kişi hakkında adli kontrol tedbiri uygulanmıştır. Firari durumdaki 42 şüphelinin yakalanmasına yönelik çalışmalar ise aralıksız devam etmektedir. İstanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığınca soruşturmaların mali boyutuna yönelik önemli tedbirler alınmıştır. 351 gerçek kişi ve 102 tüzel kişi hakkında banka hesaplarının dondurulması, mal varlıklarına el konulması ve taşınmazların devrinin engellenmesine yönelik kararlar verilmiştir. Böylece soruşturma konusu mal varlıklarının korunması ve mali hareketlerin denetim altına alınması amaçlanmıştır. TMSF bünyesinde oluşturulan hesaplara, haksız kazanç sağladığı değerlendirilen gerçek ve tüzel kişiler tarafınca yapılan iade süreçleri devam etmektedir. Bununla birlikte, iade edilen tutarlar ile soruşturma kapsamındaki tespitler Başsavcılıklarımız tarafından yakından takip edilmekte, adli soruşturmalar da bu süreçle eş zamanlı olarak sürdürülmektedir. Vatandaşlarımız müsterih olsun; şüphelilerin tespitinden mali bağlantıların ortaya çıkarılmasına, mal varlığı tedbirlerinden iade süreçlerine kadar hukuki tüm aşamaların sonuna kadar takipçisi olacağız. Hiçbir vatandaşımızın hakkının zayi olmaması ve sorumluların hukuk önünde hesap vermesi için adaletin gereğini yerine getirmeye kararlılıkla devam edeceğiz.

Bed-Time Story So forget the shapes for a second. If you wanted to explore the time dimension in 3D space, you couldn't...not exactly. But what if some people can see the shadow 4D (time dimension) casts in this 3D? LIKE THE CUBE, The angles would be sacrificed. So not perfect observation of the Time Direction but much more insight into past and future world lines than linear predictions. In fact, the GAME wouldn't be about predictions at all, but about interpretation. Can you reconstruct the future or discover the past quickly enough to make a difference in the current NOW you occupy? I'm at the point where I don't question if that is even a question. It's more about the intent of the ones who can. *Don't ask me why, ask yourself why not. Hypothetically, is that why the "Infinite Game" exists at all. If two opposing viewpoints of how reality is to be, both could see time in its entire geometry. Then there would be no way they could actually oppose or do harm to each other. I don't think so anyway. So why such High Stakes, how do they battle? If they even call it such? 🤔 What if majority rules...maybe I can explain. The prize would be the Hearts and Minds of the ones who can't precieve the Time Space. The people with "free will," or retain the gift of uncertainty and solidify the future because they are already choosing in the NOW what WILL be. Also MAYBE why "group think" and convincing the masses that truly still have the raw ability to observe and manifest are so important. The seeing ones, must be few or we'd all do it. But since they are still just observers (allbeit at a higher level) they must be at the mercy of consistency, equivalency, and equal exchange. They see more, but they don't matter more 🤔 The Universe is a stickler for efficiency and agreement amongst observers. Which is why the ignorant man in some ways is the most free. While he is ignorant he also believes he has the will to create the next move freely and because he/she steps in a direction...they in fact are creating that future in the NOW...the Universe then must agree and be consistent regardless if some or a one can see that agreement ahead of time. 🤯
