Hearing MLB trade candidates with 1 year of control left — Logan Gilbert, Steven Kwan, Joe Ryan, Sandy Alcántara, et al — are unlikely to be moved for prospects this month, because teams aren’t sure what kind of 2027 season to expect.
However, sources say pending free agents could be moved *for each other* as a way to balance the risk.

I am beyond disgusted by this vile and racist display. Diwali is an important holiday and our community should feel safe to celebrate it. This hateful display has no place in our city or this country.
HAPPENING NOW: Absolutely chaotic scene as conservative activists Jake Lang and Thomas Allen storm a Diwali Hindu celebration at the Seattle Center Armory.
They held signs that read, "Deport All Dot Heads" and "Stop Hindu Replacement of Christians."
I just spoke to both men who say they are concerned about American culture being overrun by false idol worshippers and H1-B fraudsters.
Lang and Allen say they will be targeting other locations in the city this weekend.
They have yet to announce details of their plans due to possible retaliation by Antifa and other far-left activists.

My buddy Jared wrote a beautiful story about a POW soldier finally coming home to Sioux City after 83 years.
Simply superb, and what a meaningful moment for that family.
On Saturday, after waiting 83 years, many of which were spent 8,000 miles away in the Philippines, the long-departed Fireman First Class Robert Glenn Shove got to come home. And family members from around the country were there to welcome him.
