accepting I need a lil mood stabilizer in my life these last few monthes. been on an antidepressant for years now too. not drinking and reefing as much has surprisingly helped as well. taking care of myself as much as I can but I know there’s much more I can do also. frig.

Since today’s clip is everywhere, this is my son Tyler with line judge Jeff Seeman, No. 45, and a Super Bowl ring. I don’t have a bad word for the man I know. Our family has spent many holidays at his house with his family, and his father Jerry Seeman — longtime NFL official, later the league’s director of officiating — were always welcoming and kind. Thanksgiving was football all day, and it was always a good time listening to Jeff and Jerry officiate from the couch. Everybody has a bad moment. Not everybody’s gets broadcast.
