I don’t expect this to be a post that gets a lot of likes, because you guys are used to me being inflammatory and hurting seppy feelings. BUT after their DEVASTATING loss and watching the cope, I’m feeling sentimental.
She’s a web design wizard that is smarter than me. Which isn’t too tricky. She’s been a friend for a long time. At least since Akon was popular. She’s fiercely Canadian, and unlike a lot of people on x, doesn’t hate everybody. But she certainly doesn’t let people walk all over her or people being victimized. She’s probably cooler than me, which is pretty tough. And she’s one of the rare ones that actually knows me irl.
Now that being said she had nothing to do with the websites I made to hurt the seppies feelings. And cherry, if you feel like it, show some of the other guys irl this site. Since I think a few would enjoy it.

Just curious, a question for my friends who have played Mass Effect:
Who is your favourite romance, and why? Characters can be from the Original Trilogy or Andromeda, doesn't matter.
Personally, my favourite is Thane Krios. Just because of the way he conveys such deep emotion with unflappable confidence, knowing that he doesn't have much time left. It's a tragic romance, and all the more beautiful because of it.
I've spent a great deal of time romancing many of the characters from Mass Effect...
Whether Tali or Miranda for BroShep, or Garrus or Thane for FemShep...
They were all carrying their own baggage, which Shepard inevitably helped them deal with.
Garrus's struggles with his own betrayal. Tali's fight to overcome the legacy her father left. Miranda coming to terms with her role and how she was created. Thane staring death in the face and choosing to fight on.
Between battles, they became more than just Shepard's squad. They became Shepard's family.
That kind of storytelling is what I'm going to miss most about Mass Effect.

My fondest memory of Mass Effect is probably finishing ME3 for the very first time in the summer of 2021.
Having defeated the Reapers, I sat through the post-credits scene with Buzz Aldrin telling the young boy about "the Shepard". And all I could think about was the scale of what I had finally finished.
The friends my Shepard had met. The odds he had overcome. The villains he defeated.
Was it perfect? No. I was underwhelmed by the ending. It didn't seem difficult enough.
But I immediately wanted more. I wanted to play again. I *needed* to play again.
And so I started all over again. This time with a FemShep.
That's what I love about Mass Effect. It is infinitely replayable. And it only ever seems to get better.
I hold out hope that this isn't truly the end for Mass Effect. I am going to choose to believe that someone will buy the IP from that evil greedy corporation and continue BioWare's legacy.
In the meantime, I should go... and replay the series again.
