If the rule of law isn't enforced then people shouldn't expect a political solution to any issue at all.

"For no reason"
I used to take my team out to a brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse every month. It was great, one of my favorite restaurants of all time, and everyone else loved it too. We'd eat so much meat everytime that we felt like our hearts were gonna stop.
Then one day I had an indian guy thrust into our team by the hiring department. And as usual that month, i took my team, including the new indian guy, out to the restaurant. The next day, I got a call from HR asking if I took my team to a steakhouse. I said yeah, we do it every month. They said i cant do it anymore because the indian guy complained. It wasnt that there was nothing for him to eat, obviously im not that big of an asshole that i'd take my team somewhere that one of them cant eat, thats terrible for morale. They had plenty of vegetarian options for him. The problem was that he was a hindu so he didnt like seeing people eat cows. He said it was offensive and that we'd done it on purpose to harass him.
So one indian guy ruined a team tradition we'd been doing for 8 years, long before he got there, just by claiming "discrimination". Why? Because he was totally and completely culturally incompatible with us and should have never been allowed in the fucking country.
Shit like that is why i hate indians, not "for no reason", mr "weinstein".

Imagine a rogue AI agent liquidating your bank account and investment portfolio.
If you are the only victim, I suppose you could get made whole by the AI company responsible.
If rogue agents liquidate hundreds of billions across millions of accounts, the AI company would go bankrupt and you wouldn’t get made whole.
Imposing criminal liability on AI executives might help mitigate it at the front end, but once the crime is complete and you lose everything criminal responsibility will be necessary but completely insufficient.
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE.
I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive.
Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, the Refugee Act of 1980, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, and the Immigration Act of 1990 are all examples of laws that have contributed to mass migration. The globalists are using mass migration to reshape America.

Both Democrats and Republicans either refuse to define socialism or claim it's too complicated to define, so instead describe what socialism means to them.
But it's actually very simple. Socialism is when the government owns or controls the means of production and operates them for the collective benefit of all. Capitalism is when the means of production are privately owned and operated for private profit.
Democrats refuse to define it as they don't want the public to know that is exactly what they want. Republicans won't define it either because in many cases they want the same thing.

If you read one thing today, make sure it is this:
In a stunning piece published by the head of one of Israel's most prominent think tanks, Maj. Gen. Tamir Hayman describes the reality of Israel's new security doctrine:
A few crucial principles he describes:
1. The United States is a “declining power” and, given its ongoing social and political shifts, will soon abandon Israel in any event. This is compelling Israel to move toward greater self-reliance in order to avoid "excessive dependence" on the US since it "exposes Israel to the influence of a progressive American value system that is incompatible with Israel's Jewish character."
Then he concludes: "Severing ties with the United States is therefore not only inevitable, but essential to Israel’s independence and the resilience of its Jewish national identity."

Back in 2022/2023, I was full time in real estate selling DH Horton concrete prisons to the normiecattle. If you called Zillow in PHX on a house in my zip code, there was a high likelihood I would get to flirt with your wife behind your back that friday touring a house.
Back in 2022 (even during 120° summer) I would receive HUNDREDS of phone calls a week. About 20% losers without money. Almost half were illegals who sometimes showed up to a showing smelling like a rat covered in shit and thought you could buy a house with a VISA. But some of those were solid leads—people who are stupid enough to think $3500 /month for a toasty gray floor whitewash shitbox in a sand-colored favela was somehow going to improve their life. Those watery-eyed Disney Adults who would flop out of a Honda Odyssey with a useless Rocket Mortgage pre-approval gripped tightly in their grimy paws. On average during off season I probably did about 15 house showing appointments a week.
I had my fun, made some money along the way, and got out of the industry. But I get calls every now and again from former clients and colleagues. Usually shooting the shit. Just had one call me earlier this evening asking what I think about selling his house I bought him (VA loan, great floor plan, very affordable). Military wants him to relocate so he's been on the market for 100+ days. Price cut down to the lowest in his area (300s). Open house every weekend. Nothing. He's panicking and asking me what to do.
I get a wild hair and text my old head-taker (MLO who won loan officer of the year twice in a row) to see what's shaking. Turns out he had to sell his boat last month and considering his house. He used to sling refis and HELOCs like a drug mule does fent on Indian School and the 17. Guy made close to a million a year 2020-2023. You wouldn't know it because he's a few bad more months before going broke.
I do not see a future where real estate doesn't crash. There's simply too many illiquid deranged boomers who are drunk on decades of cheap money, shitty margaritas and will either be forced into selling or die like a 3% interest rate pharoah. I worked with too many of them (I have hundreds of stories) of Deborahs and Chucks, Dales and Sues, Bobs and Jeanies who are do not understand that Zoomers cannot afford the lifestyle inflation nor want their decrepit upranches.
Remember; every day 10,000 boomers hit 65. Then 5500 die daily. Consider that real estate supply is already high, demand is already low and this is before a wave of Margaritaville Shitboxes hit the market at delusional prices. If Meemaw and Peepaw are calling the shots they are going to drag their feet until their heels turn to hamburger—even if nobody puts an offer in. That means buyers will wait longer and make them bleed because a $4800 a month payment at 7+% interest rate is not feasible for an Amazon Prime Ring Doorbell goyserf family. And if they get put in a house or croak the kids always want cash out. They'll price cut until they sell, which means tanking the whole neighborhood's value.
Enjoy the show 🍿

I used to spend my time hating myself and the world. I saw violence and hatred everywhere, and I felt paranoid and worked up all of the time.
Now I spend my time raising a family and trying to live a healthy life. I want a healthy body, and a healthy family. My hobbies came back, and I can actually enjoy them. I dont take tons of psychiatric drugs anymore, and I have close relationships with family and friends. I no longer obsess over death and pain.
All this from detransitioning and leaving the left.

Global meritocracies can't exist because meritocracy relies on the idea of an objective set of rules and standards that judge merit
In one country a test is something you study hard for but take honestly so accurate measures of ability are reached, in another it is something you obviously cheat on to get ahead, what kind of idiot would risk their future to be honest?
In some countries a degree is something you work hard for to show your merit, in others it's a piece of paper you obviously forge if you need to get a better job
In some countries the price on a shelf is the same for everyone, in other countries price is something you haggle over or a way to show favoritism, anyone paying the stated price is a sucker
Anyone telling you that young Americans need to compete with a global labor market that doesn't even hold the same understanding of merit is either a fool or an agent of a foreign power

This is why 97% of renewals are approved. They are auto green lit once approved once. A 3 year temp visa turns into an indefinite stay.
Renewals are near all time highs. If finalized, this could be the most impactful change this administration has made yet.
DHS plans to axe a policy deferring to prior approval for H-1B workers when employers file extension requests.
