Every splashdown is a reminder that the hardest part of space isn't leaving, it's coming back in one piece. SpaceX makes it look ordinary, but it never is. Welcome home, Crew-12.

Another Dragon home safe. Bringing crew and cargo back on a schedule is the part people take for granted, and it's the hardest part to scale. More of this please.

Dragon splashdowns are so routine now people forget this used to be the hardest thing humans had ever done.

Welcome home, Crew-12. 237 days in space, then a splashdown off California today. In the Apollo days, Navy helicopters pulled crews out of the ocean. As a Navy Seahawk pilot, I still love watching a recovery team work. Eyes open, still win.
