Wallahi on everything that’s sacred. We don’t. We couldn’t care less. That’s a small man’s game. There are 500+ tribes inside Nigeria, who has time to come up with a slur for anyone outside Nigeria.
alatafo is what we call nigerians in twi i’m sure nigerians also have a word they call ghanaians in their language

Bc Poland no gree. If the coup succeeds who wants to bet on the Usual Suspect recognizing the coup plotters within a week. They won’t call them “Junta” either. It’ll be some fancy rebrand, like “Democratic elements within the Polish govt” 😂😂
JUST IN: 🇵🇱 Coup reportedly underway in Poland.

I could tell you stories of high stakes betrayal. But I’m not even mad.I’ve been desensitized to human behavior from very young. So my heart doesn’t ache when it happens & it doesn’t affect me like it should. Expect anything from anyone. That’s why I’m still normal & not mad yet.
What is that one friendship betrayal you can never forget?

Since the start of the year, I have closely monitored internal communications between ISSP elements in Zamfara and bandit groups. Here are a few things I have found: Islamic State Woos Bandits, Communities in Nigeria’s Northwest medium.com/@YusufAnka/islami…

Everyone clapped. The department posted it online: "Another success story from Prof. David’s mentorship." 2,000 likes. I smiled in the photo. Two weeks later, I found a funded grant on the university website. Principal investigator: Prof. David. Title: almost word for word the research question in the proposal I'd sent him for "feedback." Even my literature review structure….. I emailed the Head of Department. He replied: "Let's not create unnecessary tension. He has been here 20 years." Then Prof. David messaged me: "Since you're doing so well now, can you write a short testimonial for my promotion file?" I haven't replied. He got promoted last week…..

Today, with our team of lawyers at the Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja. These brilliant lawyers appeared free of any charges for the case against MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Glo World, FCCPC, and DStv. They were led by Ogbaga Ogba Immanuel. Before 8 AM this morning we were at the court to officially begin the case. Unfortunately, the court adjourned until 15th of November. On the 18th, we will be there and we will continue to talk about what these telecoms are doing to Nigerians and also continue the legal challenges, until the relevant authorities put an end to the open fraud these big corporations are committing against Nigerians. Our case is simple: If I buy a 30-day data plan and use it heavily, the network tells me my data has been exhausted after just a few days. Their justification is simple: you’ve consumed everything you paid for. Fair enough. But if I use the same data sparingly and still have a balance on the 30th day, the remaining data suddenly expires. The justification now changes: your subscription has reached its validity period. So which principle is actually governing the transaction? If the argument is that I am being charged based on usage, then why should unused data expire at all? I haven’t consumed what I paid for. If the argument is that I paid for 30 days of access, then why is the data allowed to run out before those 30 days are over? Shouldn’t I continue to have access until the agreed expiration date? The industry appears to switch between two contradictory principles, depending on which one benefits the company at that particular moment. -When heavy usage favors the network, they say: “You used it all.” -When light usage favors the customer, they say: “Time is up.” The customer loses under both systems. This inconsistency becomes even more obvious when you compare it with airtime. Your airtime does not disappear simply because 30 days have passed. It remains yours until you actually spend it. The network does not wake up one morning and confiscate your remaining airtime because a calendar date has arrived. Why then should paid data be treated differently? The principle should be consistent. If a data bundle has a fixed expiration date, then the purchased volume should remain available until that date, regardless of how quickly or slowly it is used. Conversely, if the network insists that data can be completely exhausted at any time based solely on consumption, then there is no logical basis for imposing an expiry date on any unused balance. Once I have paid for it, what I have not consumed should remain mine until I consume it. You cannot simultaneously tell customers: “Your data can finish before the validity period because usage matters,” and then turn around and say, “Your remaining data has expired because the validity period matters.” Those are two different charging philosophies. Switching between them depending on which one increases company revenue is not a coherent billing principle — it is a contradiction. The question is simple: When consumers pay for data, are they buying a quantity of data, or are they buying time? If the answer is data, then unused data should never expire. If the answer is time, then the purchased data should remain available throughout that entire period, regardless of consumption patterns. The current system attempts to have it both ways, and in every scenario, the consumer bears the loss. And this is why we have gone to court. In South Africa right now, the regulator ICASA has ordered MTN and Vodacom to stop letting data expire. New rules say unused data, voice and SMS must roll over automatically, at no extra cost, once the bundle's time is up. MTN and Vodacom did not comply quietly. They took ICASA to court to try to block it. They are facing fines of about R5 million each for non compliance. That's about N410 Million. That is the real story. A regulator with teeth forcing

It may take us a while to “crowdfund” this voters’ register audit, but we will. We will expose the fraud and “help” INEC clean it up. Anyways, Governor Okpebholo’s ward went from 4,900 to 15,304. Nice try.
In 2024, Governor Okpebholo's polling unit had 397 voters on the register. In 2026, it has 4,783. That's 4,386 new voters, a 1,105% increase. A Guinness World Record? @inecnigeria, please explain. 👀

This is why people say Y’all are ontologically dumb. Shit like this. This is it. Bc wtf is this
I know a lot of Africans/Caribbeans and I noticed they never mention their Grandparents. They don’t have pictures of them, stories about them, rituals surrounding them, they don’t “go to grandmas house” etc. Is this cultural or due to immigration?

BREAKING: Israeli police have arrested 7 suspects, including 3 school principals, in a vote buying scheme involving Mansour Abbas’s Ra’am party. Investigators uncovered cash, envelopes containing thousands of shekels, and election materials. Voters were offered ₪200 to ₪300 per household in exchange for political support. Separately, Israel’s Shin Bet is investigating intelligence suggesting tens of millions of shekels from Qatar may have been used to influence the election. Likud is now seeking to overturn results at polling stations where alleged violations occurred.

I came across an archive of artifacts from pre-invasion Tibet. Among them were pictures & letters & videos. Living people with their hands cut off. The most jarring was a preserved letter From a Dali lama, asking to procure the intestines of an infant for some kind of ritual.

The real owners of the midterm elections. Thanks to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision in 2010, corporations have the same rights as citizens and are entitled to “free speech”. There is no limit on how much they can spend to sway elections, Oligarchy masquerading as a Democracy

Northern Nigeria has a radicalisation problem that needs to be addressed. From videos of children being indoctrinated with hate to the assassination of a man who preaches peaceful coexistence, this subject is too broad for a one-page newspaper column, but it cannot go unaddressed, so I addressed it. dailytrust.com/northern-nige…

The advert for the public hearing on the controversial nutritional bill was published as 'full page advert' in printed newspapers. When last did you see a printed newspaper? And if you pay for printed adverts, they will not publish it online at all. So how was the public supposed to know? But GatesFoundation, Helen Keller, UNICEF, CS SUNN all had reserved seats. This is how to sell a Nation.

Lol if I start to talk everyone will go off on a tangent & begin to major in the minor. But that’s what happens when the primary brand of gospel is built around individual success & prosperity. Not the well-being of the body or Christendom. Infact I’ll argue that there’s no body
Nigerian Christians are too non Chalant There is a video of kids singing a song to kill Christians who did nothing to them And all of you are quiet - That song was not sang by those kids for the first time. - Those kids are not the only group that's been taught that song - There is a mindset that gave birth to that song - All those kids will kill a Christian without blinking If you deep analyze what that chant means, you will know that the country should be on a shut down or stand still because of that song I cannot be calm in a country where kids are taught killing songs targeting me, my family, friends and kindred.

Just different factions listening to whatever fantastical fiction their “pastors” choose to cook up every week & their twisted/obsessive takes on extraction & seed sowing to receive blessing in the form of tithes & offering, Jesus would whip the daylights & break tables on a lot

Of their pastors heads & backs if he met them or even curse their tongues to wither in their mouth if he met them or listened to the garbage they feed his flock, but that’s not his character from what I gather. That’s why I still respect the Catholic Church to a degree.
