That's why the AMPTP finally agreed to staff writers getting a script fee. Because in their future, staff writers no longer exist.
Right now, TV writers make up the bulk of the Guild. In the companies’ ideal world, a TV show is written by one machine and one writer...

Because the financial overlords want to eliminate TV rooms altogether. Showrunners shared stories of tech execs pitching them AI as a good thing because it will reduce “grunt work” and make things more “efficient”. We already know the scourge of mini-rooms. But the capper?

Minimum staff size. I keep getting asked about it. I myself didn’t entirely understand until the Showrunner Meeting. Even then, it took three people asking the same question until the pieces locked together for many of us.

Louis DeJoy plans to slash 50,000 USPS jobs.
Why in the world does Trump's postmaster general still have his job?
And how is this not a massive national scandal?

We must enact the most severe sanctions possible.
Go after Russia's biggest banks.
Go after Russia's biggest oligarchs.

Cut them off from doing business with the West until they end this bloody war.
And we need to do it now.

Warnock: "Slavery was bipartisan. Jim Crow was bipartisan. The refusal of women's suffrage was bipartisan. 3/5 compromise was bipartisan. When colleagues talk to me about bipartisanship, I ask: at whose expense? Who is being asked to foot the bill? Is liberty itself the cost?"
Once we handle the debt ceiling, the Senate must prioritize passing federal voting rights legislation.
TUNE IN NOW as I press upon my Senate colleagues why protecting our sacred right to vote is the *most* important issue we face this Congress. xitter.gq/i/broadcasts/1dRJZlvgq…
