Proud to build and pitch TAG IT Network at Coinbase’s NYC office - validating our vision, strengthening the product, and building momentum within one of the world’s leading onchain ecosystems. Huge thanks to Base, Privy, and Coinbase for bringing together world-class builders. We built on Base - together. Unforgettable. 🚀 #BuildOnBase #Privy #TAGITNetwork

Supply-chain visibility is useful only when it changes a decision. Start with the action. Then define the product/event data and thresholds needed to trigger it. Dashboards show what happened. Decision-ready traceability helps teams and AI agents act. @Maersk on the shift from seeing the chain to sense → detect → predict → prescribe

The practical unlock is defining the specific product or event signals and the clear thresholds that should trigger a decision (reroute, hold, inspect, reallocate…). Without that, even good AI stays stuck in the dashboard. maersk.com/insights/digitali…

The Maersk piece nails the next step — moving from visibility to sense/detect/predict/prescribe. AI as a decision intelligence layer only works when the underlying product and event data is trusted and tied to clear action thresholds. maersk.com/insights/digitali…

DHL added 6 dedicated cold-chain air corridors linking Europe & North America to Asia (Liège/Brussels/Cincinnati → Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo Narita, Seoul). More capacity is useful for temperature-sensitive healthcare products. It doesn’t automatically guarantee integrity. Buyers should still test: • Handoff custody • Temperature-data continuity • Excursion response • Route contingencies Fewer operator handoffs help. Verifiable control across the remaining points is what protects product.

Portable reputation can reduce repeated onboarding, but a score is not proof. Base's Ethos case shows the opportunity and the guardrail: define the subject, evidence, issuer, timestamp and decision boundary before making trust signals travel.

Full write-up from Base on Ethos: base.org/customers/ethos Curious how people are thinking about the gap between a portable reputation score and actual proof when the counterparty is an object (product, batch, asset) rather than an account.

Product identity is becoming customs data. From 1 Nov, low-value B2C imports into the EU require merchant and manufacturer IDs per item (plus a standardised ID where one exists). A generic description is no longer enough. The IDs have to stay accurate from the seller all the way to the declaration. Anyone already mapping this into their systems?

TAG IT Network is now an NFC Forum member. Thank you, @nfcforum, for the welcome. NFC is the tap. We bind that tap to a cryptographic identity — authenticity, provenance, and event history that stay with the product. #NFC #NFCForum #SupplyChain

NFC is moving beyond “tap to open.” The NFC Forum shortlist spans product-integrity evidence, connected pharma packaging, cattle records and access logs. Buyer takeaway: define identity, claims, permissions and event history before choosing the tag. nfc-forum.org/news/2026-09-m…

CBP seized 200 fake Cartier watches. The $28M figure is MSRP if genuine. Enforcement catches fakes after shipment. TAG IT moves verification upstream by linking genuine items to cryptographic NFC identities. content.govdelivery.com/acco…

GS1's new paper offers a bridge to 2D barcodes: middleware can add validation, Digital Link translation, duplicate-GTIN suppression and "one beep" behavior when scanners cannot yet be upgraded. A migration choice, not magic. ref.gs1.org/docs/2026/POS-mi…

5 years later, crypto looks very different. BNB won the sprint. BTC is still the daddy. 👑 Where are we going next?

AI agents can trade, negotiate deals, and spend money on their own. They still have zero way to know if the physical product they just bought is real or a $12 replica. We fixed digital money. Physical objects are still on the honor system.

96 counterfeit watches. $4.5M+ in value if they were genuine. CBP intercepted them in Indianapolis. But here’s the bigger question: Why, in 2026, does a physical product still struggle to cryptographically prove what it is? Don’t trust the label. cbp.gov/newsroom/local-media…

AI agents don’t sleep. They don’t need banks. They just need cheap, instant settlement. When an AI agent can: • Match a shipment in real time • Pay the trucker in USDC the second the IoT sensor confirms delivery • Update the entire supply chain on-chain That’s not “crypto narrative.” That’s the $10T logistics industry getting rewritten. Who’s building the logistics agents? #AI #Crypto #Logistics #DePIN

3/ We’re already seeing pieces: - Predictive AI + digital twins - On-chain provenance - Agent wallets for micropayments The projects that stitch these together will own the next cycle.
