Every WA tax has started w/ (1) it only impacts a small group; (2) it's not that much; (3) it's dedicated to an issue w/ broad support. Then, of course, the tax goes up; expands to a bigger group; and goes to the general fund. Voters have figured this out. seattletimes.com/seattle-new…
