Yeah I get that mate, I have never been for or against GA to be honest, just trying to allow time, but how much time 🤷♂️

Good discussion tonight, with very valid points of view, maybe stating the obvious but if GA doesn’t make changes, then I feel he will lose a lot more of the fans, hoping for a win, but would take a point.UTG’s

After a torrid last few weeks we travel to Shropshire tomorrow hoping it won’t be another week of disappointed and total meltdown!
The Friday Focus is back this evening as we look ahead to tomorrow.

Throughout their careers:
1 - Ainsworth
2 - Coleman
3 - Bonner
4 - Clemence
At Gillingham:
1 - Ainsworth (low bar)
2 - Clemence
3 - Bonner
4 - Coleman
It feels crazy to be looking back at Stephen Clemence’s Gillingham with a bit of positive nostalgia yet here we are.
Bloody goosebumps watching this. This is what you don’t get in the Premier league. The passion, the emotion. Give me EFL football every day of the week!
Incredible video @BenKnapmanEFL @AJWBCAFC well done guys! #Gills #EFL #SkyBetLeagueTwo #FleetwoodTown
All for managers going off at players if they are under performing but this is a bit excessive and feels slightly staged.

Goes to show there is something wrong beyond manager. 3/4 had success previously at our level. The other a highly rated coach. All have done poorly.
1. GA 2. Clemence 3. Bonner 4. Coleman
But frankly, not one made us better.

So when I factor in circumstances of what they inherited and what they were given in terms of time and resources my list would be
1 Clemence
2 Coleman
Joint 4th Ainsworth & Bonner

Big fan of Coleman no nonsense L2 manager knows a waster when he sees one. I think had he been given a transfer window things might have been very different. When did we last have a player on loan from Liverpool? The rest couldn't care less all as bad as each other.
Lots of chatter about our manager In the last week or so……
Rank the last 4 in the comments and their time at the club! Feel free to elaborate as to why if you wish. Of course 1 being the best and 4 being the worst.
