We want liquidity, we want retail But most KOLs continue to make it an unfriendly environment Stop blindly following or buying into KOLs So cheesy, so circa 2021 This gambling, and you are food Learn to trade Its hard, requires a learning curve But its the only thing that makes sense to me.
social media platforms spent 20 years making it incredibly easy to share other people’s work and surprisingly difficult to give them credit for it extremely cool to see X actually building attribution and monetization into the act of sharing itself

There's lots of discussion about a16z dropping the word 'crypto'. It's actually a sign of crypto winning. It's outgrown being a standalone sector and now runs through global finance and frontier tech: payments, trading, tokenization, AiFi, and much more. We've spent more than a decade building this industry to make it useful everywhere, and we should welcome it escaping its own category. People used to say 'internet companies' - which is a prehistoric phrase now. Eventually, calling something a 'crypto company' should feel just as redundant. Many of us (including me) will keep the word. But the millions, and soon billions, using it every day won't care what we call it. They'll care what it lets them do.

i spend most of my day talking to ai now. i work from home, i haven’t been to a conference in ages, and at some point i realised i’m barely having real conversations with people anymore. which is a problem, because i always find my greatest inspiration comes from having conversations with new people. so i’m running a small experiment: 100 conversations over the next few months with friends, strangers and a maybe a few enemies if they’re up for it. just 25 minutes of your time, and we can talk about whatever you want, or i’ll come with some easy questions. i think of it a bit like reading 100 books, so if you have a book you’d recommend, bring that too.

Been talking to a few people and everyone seems to be struggling in a rut this week. If that's you, it's not an isolated feeling. Stay social. Stay connected. Be kind to others.

For everyone who has been saying AI is a bubble, here is a take from Ben Horowitz on why AI infra ≠ 90s bubble. Intersting to argue both sides
On this weeks @theallinpod @chamath @davidsacks @jason spoke with Ben Horowitz from @a16z about how this buildout is different from the internet bubble buildout in the late 90s. Ben’s take is smart and he identifies a real difference. That doesn’t mean he’s correct. I spent some time thinking through HOW Ben might be wrong about this. NOT a prediction, but well worth discussing the risks.

Useful, practical and solves a real problem Regular cloud computers are too slow and clunky for the way agents work @daytonaio gives AI agents their own safe, private sandbox so they can do work without putting your real systems at risk 🔥 Imagine an AI agent is like a smart assistant that needs to try things out, write and run code, open files, test software, or use apps. You don’t want it doing that on your main computer or company servers, because it might make mistakes or cause problems. This solves for that.
Today we're announcing a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation, led by @FirstMarkCap to build the agent cloud. The round also saw participation from some top-tier founders, including @patrickc (Stripe), @tobi (Shopify), @AravSrinivas (Perplexity), @BrendanFoody (Mercor), @oliveur (Datadog), @adamdangelo (Quora) and @ericsyuan (Zoom). Chase rejection A 1000 ways to get rejected isn't a bad way to live apparently
A girl just said she tried to get rejected 1000 times in 2025 and ended up being cast in plays, winning pageants, securing hella paid brand deals, and appearing in commercials. This is your sign to chase rejection to the point of "accidental" success. You'll be surprised.
