Coaching staffs that are active parts of pre season conditioning and training can add to some very strong BOND building. Being involved in hard things and staying invested with them throughout is awesome. The @UHCougarMBK staff led by @CoachSampsonUH are always there.

Pre-season conditioning, is not just about getting in shape. Itβs about seeing who will fight thru adversity. Who fight or flee during tough times. And will the team stay together. Itβs more than just a mile time.
