Weird that the Avalanche would allow an employee to seek another job instead of saying no and going on a weird na na na boo boo press run about it.

No matter what you think of the Dianna Russini / Mike Vrabel story, don't bring her kid into it. That ain't cool at all.

The only way I can be talked into this is, is if it was done for spite.
In other words, the Vegas front office told their pussy players who likely thought Cassidy was “mean” or whatever nonsense- fine, you want him gone? Well here’s an even bigger red ass to berate all of you.

Asked Auston Matthews’ agent, Judd Moldaver about his response to the ruling.
Here is his reply:
“In light of the obvious severity of the play, I am disappointed and shocked the league would allow such a ruling. A phone hearing and 5 games is laughable and preposterous.
While the process is set in our CBA, that this was the discipline is reckless and ridiculous.
This decision results in a further loss of confidence in the disciplinary process for all players.
Players and fans deserve better. The Player Safety Department should be suspended.”

only Curtis Douglas faced any sort of discipline from this game

This Saturday, 2M moms, dads, and kids lose benefits to feed themselves.
I won’t have an answer for those SNAP recipients in PA.
This is the collective failure and shame of Congress—and to them, I am truly sorry.
End this chaos.

For those asking about lines of gear, Boon and I broke this down in a video last November on our IG while walking through elements of family preparedness plans. I remember once when I was gov contracting for the agency I was working in a remote part of the Middle East. We had a boss who I couldn't stand, he had almost gotten us killed on multiple occasions, he couldn’t make a decision for the life of him, and overall was just a terrible leader. Everyone I worked with agreed and despised him.
One day after some detected surveillance which later became an engagement directly due to his leadership I looked at my counter part and said this:
“Honestly, if it wasn’t your job, would you save that piece of shit?”
He looked at me dead in the eyes and said:
“F*ck yes I would, that is a f*cking American.”
Then he got closer knowing where I was going with this and said in a stern voice:
“Wouldn’t you?”
It was at that point in time that I realized I was the piece of shit, not the person I was pointing my finger at. I knew that instant that I was a horrible representation of the flag that I wore on my chest and that I didn’t even deserve to be there. I immediately adjusted my attitude, but I felt ashamed for even having thought of not rendering aid or conducting combat to save another American simply because I did not agree with his decision making.
It is that exact sentiment that I see in this country today. Wishing the worst, death and beyond on another American because they think differently than you. A whole lot of finger pointing and not a lot of self reflection.
We all have blood on our hands at this point.
Every race
Every gender
Every religion, political party, sexual preference, nationality, and so on…
I don’t know what it’s going to take for the country to learn this lesson, but it is not going to get any better and continue getting worse until we all realize that we are all “f*cking Americans”.
Give yourself the room to say “You know what, I never thought of it like that, maybe I’m wrong about this one.”
Be like my counterpart was, not like I was. We’re all in this together and we’re all American whether you like it or not.
My counterpart’s name was Anthony Del Vecchio callsign “Devo”. He was a great American.

What we saw in Manhattan today is a reminder—EMS won’t enter until the scene is secure. If there’s an active shooter, can you treat the person next to you until help arrives? Most of us have emergency plans for our homes, but incidents like today can happen at work, too. You don’t want to be the one standing there helpless while your coworker bleeds out. Hosting a 'Stop the Bleed' training at your workplace isn’t just smart—it could save lives. Make sure you and your team are ready to provide life-saving care, giving EMS something to work with when they finally are cleared to move in.

There are only two explanations for this latest turn of Epstein events. And they are ultimately one and the same:
1 - the client list is so vast and bipartisan, its revelation would obliterate any and all public trust in every branch and function of government.
2 - Epstein was working hand in hand with @FBI and @CIA from the jump.
Raise your hand if you still trust your government?

Both political parties are destroying this country. We don’t need a third one to start a new grift—we need to end the entire corrupt system.
As John Adams warned, “There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties... This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.”
He was right then, and it’s even more true now.
