@ZGFTECH I placed my order on Nov 19 and have still not received my halo strap. Please provide me with an update or cancel my order with a refund.

So soon after my last tweet, I got an email update that my order was shipped. Finally! After six months! The DHL status says it was delivered last Friday but I never received it. I need you to give me an update in writing or else cancel my order with a full refund.
1
@ZGFTECH Are you going to give my money back? I have been waiting for six months! DHL confirmed via email that the shipment never reached me.

@MarriottBonvoy Gold Elite member here. I’m locked out of my room at the Residence Inn in Lubbock TX because of my keys being deactivated. Been waiting at the front desk for two hours and there’s no one here. It’s 1:45 am and I’m getting no help from your customer service either
2
Front desk staff hasn’t been seen in 2 days. Marriott customer service told to call 911. Cop showed up & said he can’t help us either. I request you to provide immediate help & a complete refund of my reservation as this should be completely unacceptable for your loyalty program
1
Marriott still hasn’t gotten back to me. There has not been any response to my concerns. Can you please help? This is extremely not appropriate
Woke Axl Rose is a delightful plot twist.
