I was making $100k/month and then got keyword banned overnight. Back to zero.
Now I'm building CodePrepped.com from scratch, living off savings with a wife and two boys.
I landed interviews in 7 days using my own methods while senior engineers struggled for months/years.
Follow along for the journey 🎥

It's 9:57 am. Been up all night. Postiz is back up!
Been a very hard night, and I feel like I let everybody down.
All the comments I got were very encouraging; nobody scolded me. Thank you so much for that!
During the day, a major PHP vulnerability was discovered, affecting about half the web.
Deployments on @railway stopped, and I assumed it was because of that, even though you do want deployments to upload the latest WordPress fix.
Everybody pinged Railway on Discord, and there was no answer- crickets... and people started getting extremely worried, especially because of >> PHP.
Then I got an email from Anthropic and Stripe saying my API keys were compromised. Still no answer from Railway, but I didn't take the risk; I rotated them and put Postiz down.
We all, even in Discord, already understood there was a leak, but Railway reported it only one hour later.
So the goal was to rotate all 140 keys (that's wild), because each key is duplicated across different containers (scattered). Some have the same variable with a different value (like different DB pool connections)
I was overwhelmed; it was too much, and I froze. I didn't know what to do.
I am lying on my Airbnb bed, but I know I need to get into sitting mode to be more serious, so I go to the kitchen and sit on a chair.
I asked claude to vibe code a system that:
- Will take all the keys and values from Railway (using their MCP)
- Will have an easy way to update all of them or one by one. Based on containers.
- Give me categories so I can be more organized. and prioritize.
I also started rotating keys from 12 am to 7 am.
All while Railway is still down and deployments are paused.
Once I finished I used Railway MCP to update all the env variables. if AI didn't exists I don't know how I could have done it.
Then, around 8:40am to 9:00am, we started deploying everything back to Railway to minimize downtime as much as possible.
And now everything is up.
I feel bad because DevRels at Railway sweet-talked me into staying after each incident and promised things wouldn't happen again; after two incidents, I should have migrated.
I couldn't find a platform I enjoyed as much as Railway, so I didn't want to switch.
Railway problems will happen again, and I will do everything I can to make sure they don't affect me like that anymore. The main problem was the lack of communication and 17 hours of downtime, which isn't realistic.
In the next few days, we will come up with a solid plan to migrate from Railway to a different service, trust is gone.
Also, Postiz grew from $300k to $303k MRR overnight. If you tried to cancel your subscription and couldn't, please contact [email protected], and they'll issue a full refund (super sorry about that).
This week, will be security week for everybody!
We are currently shutting down Postiz for all customers. We are afraid @Railway has been compromised; they won't tell us.
We have received emails from Anthropic and Stripe that our keys have been compromised.
We are digging into it and will get back to you ASAP!
Flint just dropped and this model right he is crushing benchmarks everywhere!
Best part is, it runs comfortably on your macbook pro!
No token costs
Not token limits
Introducing Flint, @Recursive_SI’s first model: a fast local coding model built with our automated research system, the Eureka Machine.
• Best-in-class fast local coding
• Up to 2x faster than comparable models: 125+ tokens/sec on a MacBook Pro, 150+ on RTX Spark
• Built from scratch in under 4 months
Private, unmetered intelligence on your own machine. Open weights available now on @huggingface, run it locally on your favorite framework or try it for free on @opencode or @pidotdev.
New hashton.agency hero.
New 3D animation and rewritten copy. The first slide now has three jobs:
1. Say what the business is
2. Name the pain
3. Offer the fix
It’s doing a lot, but it’s the closest it’s been to what I want. Any suggestions?
Nearly 3,000 of you now, and I've no idea what most of you are building.
Let's fix that: reply with it and I'll reply to every one.
I'll start: an AI automation agency, alongside my SWE job at Octopus Energy.

Meta Muse the dark horse of agent tools. The amount of potential here is insane for new businesses or agencies!
Meta Muse will probably create 1000+ millionaires
This is the most slept on arbitrage I’ve seen in years and it’s not even close.
Here’s how i’d build a 1 person business powered by AI/Muse with with $0 and 0 social following
Unheard of lab makes a model 100-200x faster+cheaper than GPT-6 Astra, @OpenAI NGMI.
Introducing SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model.
On CAD and BIM tasks, it beats GPT-6 Astra and every frontier model we tested:
-> 51-125x faster
- > 150-210x cheaper
-> Higher IOU than all frontier models
SKY-001 lets you dream a physical object before you build it.
18 months of work. Built by the team out of Maluuba's deep learning lab (acq. by @MSRResearch).
The first ‘AI General Engineer’ will be the backbone for Autonomous Manufacturing.
"How did they build that?" used to cost a weekend in DevTools.
Now it's one prompt (see reply).
This tool (REA) lets Claude Code, Cursor etc. dig into an app's JS bundle or binary and show the evidence. It traced Notion's clipboard flow.
Which app are you pointing it at first?
The prompt:
"Use REA to work out how [feature] works in [app] at [path]. Show the evidence, flag what you're guessing, then build a version for my project."
Setup: npx rea-agents setup
Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Gemini CLI. Runs locally.

Still can’t quite believe it. Thank you.
Biggest lesson: don’t just add hashtags. Search them. #buildinpublic and #connect showed me where the conversations were, so I went and joined them.
I’ll check out every reply. What are you building?
In 3 years most software won’t be built by developers.
It’ll be built in plain English by estate agents, gym owners and plumbers etc.
What’s your plan B?
Currently working hashton.agency an AI automations agency
I'm Harry, a senior software engineer from the UK 🇬🇧
My last business hit $100k/mo, then got keyword-banned overnight.
Now my agency just got accepted into an accelerator.
Goal: $10-15m a year by year 3.
Happy to #connect with more founders & builders 🤝

ALT A desk setup with a large monitor split in two. On the left, the Hashton agency website on a dark purple background reads "No jargon, no account managers, no six-month timelines. Just the thing you need, built." beside a photo of Harry. On the right, the @TheHashton X profile with the yellow Hashton banner. A camera and webcam sit on top of the monitor, with framed pictures on the wall behind.
The agency, for those wondering, is hashton.agency if you wanted to go have a look see
Travelling today but finally found the perfect opportunity to read this gem by @markpinc
If you’re a founder and builder in tech! Great read.
