I’m not gonna lie. Tonight feels pretty damn amazing.
I’ve spent most of the past year watching what’s happened in my country, and some days it’s been hard not to wonder just how much of it people are willing to accept.
But tonight? Dems flipped seats in places nobody thought possible just a couple years ago. Taking back the House and the Senate.
And trump told voters to pretend he was on the ballot.
Well, we sure as hell listened. 😂
But beyond the wins, tonight gave me something I haven’t felt this strongly in a while.
Hope.
Hope that there are still plenty of Americans who believe kindness matters. That empathy isn’t weakness. That decency and compassion still have a place in this country.
We’ve got a long way to go. I know that.
But tonight, I’m gonna enjoy this.
Because for the first time in a while, it feels like we’re heading in the right direction. 💙🇺🇸

Talarico is a good man. Astonishing how something so simple can be so sought after and missing in politics. I hope he can light a fire that spreads everywhere.

Tonight, the American people sent a clear message — they want a politics that brings people together rather than divides them, and leaders who offer concrete solutions to the challenges they face.
These results were only possible because outstanding candidates stepped forward in every region of the country — including in areas once considered long shots. They came from different backgrounds and represented a range of political perspectives, but were united by shared values, a belief in public service, and a commitment to putting the people of their districts and states first.
We also owe a debt of gratitude to the thousands of election officials and volunteers from both parties who helped ensure a smooth election and carried out one of the most essential functions of our democracy.
While this administration has another two years in office, our job now is to roll up our sleeves, make changes wherever we have the power to do so, prevent further damage, and lay the groundwork for the future.

Today Trump will learn once again that he was, he is and he always will be

We got your back, New York!

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

Just 3 days until we implement sharia law, replace white people, turn everyone gay, and have drag queens perform gender reassignment surgery during recess. Busy week ahead.

Fox: Why are you here this morning?
Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

Fun fact: in 2020 Florida Republicans paid (illegally) a man with the same last name as the Democrat incumbent to run in an effort to confuse voters and they actually succeeded. The Democrat lost by 32 votes and the sham candidate received 6,000 votes. Election was not overturned.

Imagine if you stood up at work and said “You know who has one hell of a beautiful ass? It’s Carol from accounting. Stand up Carol! Show them your ass!”
You’d be fired within the hour but the president gets a pass because everyone has accepted the fact that he’s a scumbag.

Elon Musk is afraid of Talarico because he [Musk] has a lot of business in Texas. It has nothing to do with principles or programs; for Musk, it's all about the Benjamins.

This supercut is likely to make Trump VERY upset. The difference between Trump and Obama is on full display, and the contrast is absolutely devastating. Watch until the end...
