To be a great OL coach you have to rack your mind over and over, google great coaches or tech’s,+experiment with your players. It takes as much energy to be great, as the energy you use to be a Great Father+Husband. Coaching the offensive line takes extra time-has to be a PASSION

A wide base and waddling in the run game is overrated when it comes to creating movement and finishing blocks. A slightly “narrow” base with forceful leg drive and pressure steps through the defender is how most movement / “pancakes”/“knock downs” happen.

Seeing Chris Johnson puts life in perspective. Young, great family, great dude, great shape & it's all being taken away so fast thru no fault of his own. Life is fragile.

Chris Johnson described receiving his ALS diagnosis as a shock, saying the doctor told him a medication might extend his life by only a few months and advised him and his wife to get their affairs in order.
Johnson said he doesn’t think anyone ever fully processes news like that, but after the initial shock, he realized he had two choices: give up or fight. He chose to fight.
