i think this is a better example of being mealy mouthed

If Abdul El- Sayed has even the smallest shred of interest in preventing another domestic terror attack against the Michigan Jews he is running to represent, he will decry @RebellionPac inaccurate and antisemitic ad immediately.

No, American foreign aid — to Israel or anywhere else — is not why your groceries cost more. Foreign aid is a smart investment in general - but is particularly beneficial when it comes to Israel and U.S. manufacturing 92% of Israel’s regular U.S. military aid has to be spent buying American defense equipment and services. That means much of that money goes right back into American businesses, American manufacturing and American jobs.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump DOJ’s has repeatedly insisted it will not tell immigration judges how to rule, as required by law. But after a demand from unidentified ā€œhigher-ups,ā€ a veteran judge was ordered to reverse four rulings—then yanked from court mid-hearing. wapo.st/4BuABEM

Foreign aid is approximately 1% of America’s federal budget. I spent a decade advocating for increases in foreign aid for the nations facing extreme poverty and dire health crises. When we talk about Americans spending money to support other nations, the point is to support American interest abroad. A healthier world, a less extremist world, a less impoverished world. Whatever the budget line item is the American foreign policy goal is clear; a more stable world is good for America. It is NOT progressive to lie about how foreign aid impacts average Americans spending. It is a lie to claim foreign aid stops Americans from buying eggs - whether that be PEPFAR, military aid, access to education or any other aid.

I supported Barack Obama before he came out in support of gay marriage. I didn’t do that because I felt my rights or safety mattered any less, but because I understood what it would take to make progress. Moving toward equality – let alone equity – can be painfully slow.

WATCH: This is why Andy Harris is losing ground. He showed his true colors, and that debate led to a groundswell of small donors from all over the country helping fund our grassroots campaign. I'm Dan Schwartz, and I'm running to replace him.

I’m good on the definition but you may need a refresher? Neither Peltola nor Cooper are incumbents. And Peltola had around $40M spent against her this cycle. ~$50M against Cooper. I hope El-Sayed wins and I think he will. $35M from Schumer’s PAC and the assists from Kamala and Obama definitely improves our odds! But Yglesias is just correct about progressive candidates performing worse in competitive races. I just wish the left flank was honest about that fact and didn’t reflexively come up with a million different excuses for it *every single time* (or demean themselves with silly ad homs šŸ™ƒ).

Hey Steve Hilton, did you pay this anti immigration MAGA influencer 46k+ to spread hate about immigrants or just for the undisclosed paid political content? The irony? Her father was an Indian immigrant from Uganda.

A lot of people..A LOT OF PEOPLE are holding their noses to support Abdul. He’s an awful candidate, he’s not really that good of a person, and his family does have some questionable ties to certain groups. So back off, Haley and others are doing the best they can.

The online left should be grateful Dems aren't talking about "hurt people hurt people." We get accused of trying to tank him, while simultaneously not making a big deal about something that frankly should be a much bigger deal. We're making compromises for him. It's not great.

If you're a serious person trying to be involved in politics, never let Cenk Uygur anywhere near your campaign, your organization, your production room, or anything else. He's just a clown who tries to insert antisemitic conspiracy theorist nonsense into everything he touches.
New @RebellionPac ad dropping in Michigan. We have to suffer here at home, so Israel can get all its wars. That’s why they buy politicians like Mike Rogers. He promised to serve Israel ā€œunconditionally,ā€ but never made that promise to you.

Why are you calling El-Sayed's formal female opponent--who has endorsed him--"mealy-mouthed" and "[annoying]" ten days before an election? Do you want Stevens' supporters to be reminded of all the sexism? Get it together if you want him to win.

That ad was paid for by Rebellion PAC, which was formed to support Cenk's presidential run.

In a surprise to no one, Cenk has been recycling antisemitic ads for years now
Did you say this was a NEW ad, @cenkuygur? Because I remember this antisemitic garbage during your failed unconstitutional Presidential bid.

Every red state Democrat should speak about trans issues the way Adam Hamilton does here. I’d be proud of Kansas if they sent an upstanding man like himself to the Senate.

#KansasSenate Adam Hamilton on transgender rights: ā€œI don’t think we should take a small group of people and bully them, pick on them, and hurt them. I understand one thing really clearly when it comes to transgender people, and that is Jesus told me I was to love my neighbor as I love myself.ā€ ā€œI’m gonna love the trans person as well as the straight person, male or female. We have to do better than picking on small groups. What’s happened is we’ve turned a group of people into a campaign issue because it polls well.ā€
