AC Milan's sports director says he doesn't believe in data... AC Milan is rumoured to be interested in Füllkrug... Here are Füllkrug's numbers from the last 3 seasons:
Igli Tare — AC Milan’s sporting director — speaking at the Social Football Summit about player recruitment, data, and intuition. 👇 “I’m not a big fan of data and artificial intelligence. For me, they’re tools that help you gain an even broader perspective, but they don’t give you the sensitivity needed to understand a player’s characteristics and personality. “They must be used in the right way, and in the long run you need much more: experience is fundamental, and you need a deep knowledge of people’s human values.” How important is intuition in your decisions? “It aligns with the idea of creating a project like Milan’s, where we decided to bring in ‘old’ players like Modrić, who in reality is the youngest of all on the pitch.” 📸 Gabriele Maltinti.

100% agree. As a Brazilian club you just have to put a 16 year old on the pitch who can ball a bit and you'll always have stupid clubs falling for this. I don't think he's bad but he's more of a Real Zaragoza level player than a Real Madrid level player in my book... 🇧🇷🔮
21 games, 4 goals and 2 assists this season for Palmeiras yet all I see is PR post after PR post, my brother how about some performances

The honest truth: height matters. I have scouted enough international games to see the sheer difference in physique between countries, it's the same reason why more than half of the French NT have African roots, despite them representing less than 10% of the population.
i get that football isnt India’s main sport but how can you produce 0 good players from a population of 1.4 billion

The Swiss second division is definitely one of the most fun leagues to scout in and the talent is there (Andi Zeqiri & Archi Brown in recent years for example). Franck is one of the best bargains I've seen on the market recently, great player on video and the data backs it up! 🕵️‍♂️

Aah, deadline day! One of the best indicators of how amateurish your club is being managed, the correlation is high 🤠
