Arizonans deserve to know my opponent is only in this race because greedy corporations Iâm holding accountable for endangering Arizonans are pouring dark money into the state to support his campaign. Meanwhile, Iâm fighting to protect Arizonans families who have no one else fighting for them.

This week someone targeted my family for harm with a false report. Weâre physically OK, but that doesnât mean we werenât harmed. I am beyond furious.
Whatever your politics, this is awful, wrong, and can never become normal. substack.com/home/post/p-203âŠ

It is truly sickening that @PeteButtigieg & his four-year-old children were dragged into this vile smear.
Pete is the most loving and devoted father I know, & his children are SO lucky to have him.
No matter your politics, this should horrify you.

Check your facts. Ruben & I didn't even meet until years later. Our whole family has a strong relationship. Wish I was surprised that Katie Miller's lying about us. But these are the same sick people who want ICE ripping families apart. It's not about family at all

Rep. Ansari has shown extraordinary courage in standing up for the Iranian people throughout Trump's illegal war, & these lies and threats won't deter her from speaking out.
But public servants, their staff, & their families shouldn't have to endure threats & personal attacks. @RepYassAnsari, we have your back.
I fully condemn the hateful rhetoric, lies, cruel and deliberate misinformation, and threats that my family, my staff, and I have been subjected to since the Iran War began nearly 8 weeks ago. These coordinated attacks and threats have only continued to worsen, most recently after I introduced Articles of Impeachment against Pete Hegseth. This conduct has crossed the line into threats to our physical safety, which we have reported to law enforcement.
Bad actors have tried to smear my family and staff by circulating fake and AI-generated images and flat-out lying that my parents and I are not U.S. citizens. They have pushed xenophobic and sexist attacks and amplified absurd conspiracy theories about my family. Theyâve even gone so far as to spread the outright lie that I am somehow tied to the regime. I will say this once and move on: these absurd allegations are entirely false and I denounce them in the strongest terms.
These attacks arenât about truth; theyâre the product of desperation from those trying to distract from a failing, illegal war, rising costs of living, and an administration with no coherent strategy while Americans pay the price at the pump. And while they spread lies, American service members are being put in harmâs way, with real casualties mounting in a war that lacks both justification and direction.
Let me reiterate, once again, that I have been unequivocal in my opposition to the brutal Islamic Republic regime, its repression of women, and its support for terrorism. My record on this issue is longstanding and crystal clear. My family has personally experienced the regimeâs brutality.Â
It is in part why I am who I am today: A proud American speaking out for human rights and democracy, the rule of law, and, as a U.S. Congresswoman, the safety and security of Americans. It is also why I know the costs of freedom and stand firm against Donald Trump and Pete Hegsethâs illegal war.
As a public figure, I fully expect public criticism and wholly respect Americans' constitutional First Amendment rights to free speech. I understand the high emotions during such a tenuous time for those who have family in both Iran and the United States. But I will not tolerate direct threats levied against my loved ones and staff who did not sign up for the public spotlight. I also wonât be silent as they are targeted, doxxed, and attacked online. This has not been a good-faith policy debate. It is a coordinated effort to smear, intimidate, and silence, and it will not succeed.
Â
My duty is clear: to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to faithfully serve the people of Arizonaâs 3rd Congressional District. It is the honor of my life to represent the people of Arizona in Congress, over 75 percent of whom are deeply opposed to this war. I remain committed to doing so with integrity and transparency.

During the summer in Arizona, not paying your AC bill isnât an option. Itâs a matter of life and death.
So why are colder states getting more help with utility bills than hot ones? That makes no sense.

A joint statement from myself @SenMarkKelly, @RepJasonCrow, @RepDeluzio, @RepGoodlander and @RepHoulahan.
âWe are veterans and national security professionals who love this country and swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.
âWhatâs most telling is that the President considers it punishable by death for us to restate the law. Our servicemembers should know that we have their backs as they fulfill their oath to the Constitution and obligation to follow only lawful orders. It is not only the right thing to do, but also our duty.
âBut this isnât about any one of us. This isnât about politics. This is about who we are as Americans. Every American must unite and condemn the Presidentâs calls for our murder and political violence. This is a time for moral clarity.
âIn these moments, fear is contagious, but so is courage. We will continue to lead and will not be intimidated.

My husband @CaptMarkKelly is a 25-year Navy combat pilot veteran. He served our country with strength, courage, and integrity, dedicating his career to protecting us and upholding our constitution.
Today, the President of the United States called him a traitor and demanded he be executed. It is dangerous and wrong. Americans of all political beliefs need to stand up and say so.

Trump doesnât understand the Constitution, and we're all less safe for it.
âWe need sound leadership. That shouldn't be too much to ask for. Those with power and influence â from the president on down â must realize that fanning the flames of division will only make things worse and lead to even more violence and crime.â usatoday.com/story/opinion/2âŠ

My office has received an extraordinary number of violent and graphic threats yesterday and today from right-wing individuals online and over the phoneâdirected toward me, my family, and my staffâafter I pointed out the simple fact that President Trump should join Speaker Johnson and other level-headed Republicans in condemning political violence, not inciting it further.
The solution to political disagreement in America is never violence. It should be easy for everybody to say that.
Republicans need to condemn violence committed by the right, just as I and many other Democrats condemn violence by the left.

Nothing, *nothing*, justifies killing him, or robbing his kids of their dad.
We donât know the identity or motive of the shooter but murder can *never* be the response to political disagreements.
