Why $CRWV isn't a NVDA DSX Partner
$NVDA listed four clouds $NBIS, $IREN, NScale and Lambda as DSX partners and why not CRWV? Last year $NBIS's close collaboration with Nvidia was working off Nvidia reference designs and integrating core Nvidia modules for it's clouds. This year, Nvidia is expanding the collaboration to $IREN, NScale and Lambda.
$CRWV has been providing managed GPU at scale longer than all the other 4 Neoclouds and have their own designs and more technical development that's independent of Nvidia reference design. $CRWV has Chen Goldberg leading Cloud Platform. Chen Goldberg led Kubernetes development at Google - everyone else is just using a variation of open source Kubernetes from Google.

The Funniest Thing about ClusterMax 3.0
Much of X only knows like ~5 of the names on ClusterMax 3.0. I know a few more of them so I can point out how ridiculous some of these rankings are.
I used VastAI for my masters project because they are by far the lowest price. VastAI is a distributed GPU hosting network with a thin veil software support. Anyone can apply and put their GPUs on VastAI (1). Some of these GPUs are literally hosted in people's basements. Literally, if you put up their listings for RTX 5090, the top four recommended listings are GPUs hosted in Vietnam, Taiwan, Nebraska, and Estonia (2).
Now @SemiAnalysis_ ranks VastAI above $IREN and one tier below AWS. $CRWV and $NBIS are two tiers above AWS. This means I can plug in GPUs in my bedroom and be closer to AWS than AWS is to $CRWV and $NBIS on ClusterMax rankings. Hey but you know what? My home has a Generac Generator and Cisco CW9300 Enterprise Grade Switch. I'm now a tier above $IREN and only one grade below AWS.
ClusterMAX 3.0 is here!
ClusterMAX 3.0 debuts with a comprehensive review of the neocloud industry, covering 77 providers.
We increase our market view to cover 323 providers, up from 209 in ClusterMAX 2.0, 169 in ClusterMAX 1.0, and 124 in the original AI Neocloud Playbook and Anatomy article.
We have now interviewed well over 200 end users of neoclouds as part of this research.
We update our itemized list of criteria across 10 categories, and update our direct descriptions of our expectations for Slurm, Kubernetes, Standalone Machines, Monitoring Dashboards, and Health Checks. All of this content is live on our website. We encourage providers to use these lists when developing their offerings. We still consider these lists as an amalgamation of our experience interviewing end users, making them representative of the features that end users expect from their cloud providers.
Nebius joins CoreWeave in the Platinum tier. While CoreWeave still sets the technical bar for others to follow, Nebius is now established as a provider that consistently commands a premium pricing over others. Strong business decisions by Nebius have put them in a position to serve an entire class of neolabs at seller’s prices.
Google Cloud joins Oracle in the Gold tier. Azure moves to Silver, Fluidstack moves to Unavailable, and Crusoe drops to Bronze. Lambda, Firmus and TensorWave remain in Silver, while GMI moves up to Silver from Bronze.
Many companies drop from Silver (or Gold) to Bronze or lower. We raise the bar this round as only 19 neoclouds globally achieve a Medallion rating.
We establish a tier between Bronze and Underperforming: the Participation Ribbon tier. 15 providers join this rating, which more accurately describes our opinion that they do the bare minimum to get by.

Overestimating the deal point in isolation of the collective market pullback and $BTC price action (touching $69K as of now) doesn’t seem to be an accurate reading of $IREN drop.
The market wouldn’t like delaying the deal but I don’t think that would be the only reason for $IREN to touch the $30s once again.

Boosting credibility means strengthening $IREN position in its near future term deals including 2026.
$MSFT deal terms will never be the same for Childress and Sweetwater
Second, in the company’s first hyperscaler deal, they succeeded in convincing $MSFT to pay 20% prepayment upfront.
If that’s the case, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the company sign deals with better terms and higher prepayments.

1. Before $IREN announcement of its deal with $MSFT, the bears narrative was the software weakness.
2. When $IREN announced multiple year deals with several companies without disclosing with whom, the bears kept repeating the same nonsense.
3. When $IREN announced its $MSFT deal, they were speechless. Because it wasn’t expected after multi year bearish behavior.
4. Their current narrative: okay, $IREN can sign deals with giants of the AI, but the profit margin is too low.
Pure desperation. Plain and simple!

$IREN is a $100B company because of this:
“All the hyperscalers and major Al labs are materially short compute, which puts IREN in a unique position given it has:
1. The land
2. The power
3. Access to capital
4. Data center expertise that could allow it to become one of the biggest providers of compute in the world."

How on earth can $IREN secure almost 100K GPUs in 2026 without a very special deal with $NVDA?
$IREN announced its deal with $MSFT before Q1 because there’s a another one with $NVDA to be announced this week.
I still think that the green companies need to work together. Jensen and Dan want that!
We need a special agreement and $NVDA Rubin CPX GPUs before any other competitor.

1. “Power is the number one constraint.”
2. “Potential for 100K GPUs to be operational across the course of 2026.”
3. “Today the number one area that we are expanding in is new clouds services.”
4. “We are seeing extremely strong demand.”
5. “In order to build more data centers, you ultimately need more land & power to start with and land and power is becoming increasingly hard to come by.”
6. “If you’re starting from scratch, you’re looking at only being able to get power online 5 to 7 years from now.”
7. “We’ve got the capacity to add an additional 40K GPUs [in British Columbia over the course of 2026.”
8. “Power in 2026 and 2027 is more valuable than power in 2030 and 2031.”
$IREN edge is beyond comprehension. The market is still skeptical about the company’s position in the new AI revolution.

$OSCR is my biggest holding, and one of my highest conviction plays for a reason. Before they released preliminary earnings they were guiding $225M - $275M earnings on $11.2B-$11.3B revenue for FY25, up from $57M earnings and 9.2B revenue in FY24. That is a 338.6% YoY increase in earnings.
Then we got preliminary earnings where they adjusted FY25 guidance to (300M) - (200M), and increased rev guidance to $12B (low end). A big kick in the nuts for all $OSCR investors, but it is important to look at the bigger picture.
$OSCR rev guidance increased with almost 1B. They will return back to profitability in 2026, but this time with significantly increased revenue. Profit margin was initially guided at 2% (but will increase over time) on the low end for FY25. Revenue this year will increase with 30.86% YoY and in 2026 we could look at revenue exceeding $15B(!!!) if the revenue increase continues in the same pattern as previously.
At 15B revenue, and 2% profit margin, we are looking at 300M profit, and that is and incredibly low estimate. At $OSCR's current market cap of $4.3B, it gives us the future P/E of 14.3. Incredibly undervalued for a company growing at that pace.
Now, do I think 2026 will play out this way? Most likely not. Since $OSCR has guided back to profitability in 2026, I don't think 2026 will be the breakout year for $OSCR, more likely it will set up 2027 to be the big winner. I think revenue might increase with around 25% YoY, but I think profit margin will increase substantially.
I see no reason why $OSCR won't hit $500M earnings by 2027 and at the current trajectory could very likely be at $1B+ earnings by 2030. A big asymmetric play in my eyes, but as always, do your own DD before making any sudden moves.

🚨 $OSCR is one of the most mispriced stocks in the market. By all metrics, this great company is extremely undervalued.
