Rice and beans, rice and beans...
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED IN WARSAW IN THE LAST FEW HOURS — IN ORDER:
→ Riot police in helmets and shields move onto the grounds of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, the court that checks laws against the Constitution
→ The court's website says its president and vice-president are suspended for one month — not by parliament, by one judge President Nawrocki refused to swear in, who now takes over
→ Nawrocki, over Spain on his way to Senegal, turns his plane AROUND and heads back to Warsaw
→ The court's own X account answers — the website was unlawfully taken over, that judge "is not a judge" and everyone involved is committing a COUP
→ The justice minister asks to lift both men's immunity — and sends 50 volumes of case files to that same judge
Nawrocki's reason, in his own words: "At such a moment, the President must be in Poland."
Not a scheduled return. Not a technical stop.
Nawrocki heard what was happening at one court — and the whole Senegal trip waited.
That's the sequence.
And the list of people in that fight tells you everything about what this night is actually about:
→ A suspended vice-president shut outside a gate locked from inside, saying "a coup is happening"
→ An opposition that says police stormed the building and closed every entrance on Prime Minister Tusk's orders — "from today Poland becomes a police state"
→ A prime minister who calls it restoring the rule of law: "There is no other way"
Police answer: no officer is inside the building, only on the outer grounds.
They say that same judge warned of "threats" to judges and staff, objects were thrown at officers and 3 people were detained for jumping the fence.
The fight underneath: parliament elected new judges, Nawrocki refused to swear in some of them and the court's president kept them off the bench.
The government says it is securing the site during that fight. Its justice minister: "the state must protect the judges."
This isn't just a court dispute.
It's a constitutional crisis on wings — and it turned a presidential plane around over Spain because Nawrocki wasn't done fighting.
One court. Two people claiming to run it. One month on the suspension order.
Tag the friend who swears a court fight like this could never happen inside the EU.
xitter.gq/mattvanswol/status/211… Well, shit..
For those confused as to what’s happening in Poland right now…
Imagine if Democrats won Congress, declared the Supreme Court didn't count anymore, ignored its rulings for 3 years, and then, a year before the next election, picked 8 new justices of their own, including a man their leader called his "right-hand man," and when the Republican president refused to swear them in, they swore themselves in and mailed him the paperwork, and when the Chief Justice said that wasn't legal and wouldn't seat them, they waited for a Friday night when the president was on a plane to Africa and had federal security officers who answer to a Democratic cabinet member walk 7 of them into the court through a back gate connected to the Democratic leader's own offices, where one of them announced she had "suspended" the Chief Justice, a move that even a law professor who openly can't stand him said had no legal basis, and then riot police blocked the Chief Justice from entering his own court, the court's website was taken over, the Attorney General moved that same night to strip his immunity so he could be prosecuted, the president had to turn his plane around mid-flight to come home, and the same people who spent years lecturing everyone about respecting the courts went online to say this was the rule of law, that it was painful, and that there was "no other way," which is roughly where Poland is tonight.

BREAKING:
French police have encountered rioters and looters armed with AK47s and Scorpion submachine guns on the streets of Paris, Marseille and Lyon.
The information comes from the Le Journal du Dimanche journalist Laura Tchekov, who says that her newspaper has received this information from sources within the DGSI, France’s main internal security agency.
The weapons were carried by minors and young adults described as being part of organized crime groups but sometimes also close to the Islamist movement in France.
The journalist says that not all armed
rioters were arrested and that several of them remain on free foot.
It’s believed that police officers refrained from making arrests as they thought they could be both outmanned and outgunned at the moment and that hundreds of people were on the streets, creating a risk of a shoot-out that could have resulted in a large number of wounded and dead.

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad:
Do not blame the French people for this.
We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no.
Here are the numbers your media won't show you.
70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today.
79% want a tougher immigration policy.
77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration.
83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home.
And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years.
This is not a fringe. This is the French people.
In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again.
That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway.
So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations.
In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders.
It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed.
What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it.
The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did.
So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this."
The French never chose this.
They were forced into it.
If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us.
If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.

I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you.
I come from your future.
In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream.
Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them.
The promise was protection. The result is stagnation.
The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe.
I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has.
Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France?
Trust me. You don’t want to be France.
On a ri.
The Federal Reserve printed roughly $4 trillion between March 2020 and early 2022, expanding its balance sheet from $4.2 trillion to over $8.9 trillion, and Jerome Powell stood in front of cameras calling the resulting price explosion "transitory."
Inflation is a tax. Every dollar created without corresponding production transfers purchasing power from savers to the first spenders. The government and its preferred financial institutions spent those fresh dollars before prices adjusted. You spent them after, at a grocery store already pricing in the damage.
By June 2022, CPI hit 9.1 percent, the highest since 1981. Rent, food, used cars, energy: all of it ran hot simultaneously. Monetary expansion redistributes wealth rather than creating it, taking from your pocket to give to whoever holds newly printed money first.
Powell's "transitory" call was deliberate. The Fed had every price signal and money supply number available. M2 grew 27 percent in 2020 alone. That expansion predicted exactly what followed.
The Fed created this inflation deliberately, financing pandemic-era federal spending that Congress could not politically tax you to fund directly. Printing was the cowardly path. You paid through purchasing power destruction rather than a visible tax line on your return, which is precisely why they preferred it.

Effective May 1, 2027, no Washington resident may exercise the right to publicly speak, publish, protest, distribute literature, operate a website, post political commentary, or otherwise engage in protected First Amendment activity without first obtaining a Permit to Exercise Free Speech from the Washington State Patrol.
To obtain your permit, you must:
Submit an application to the Washington State Patrol.
Go to your local law-enforcement agency and be fingerprinted.
Submit to state and federal background-record checks.
Pay the required application and fingerprint-processing fees.
Complete a state-certified Free Speech Safety Training Program within the previous five years.
Demonstrate practical proficiency in exercising your constitutional right under the observation of an approved instructor.
Wait for the government to determine whether you qualify to exercise the right.
The state-certified training shall include:
Basic Speech Safety. Applicants will learn how words can injure others and how to communicate responsibly.
Speech and Children. Instruction on preventing minors from gaining unauthorized access to potentially harmful political, religious, or controversial material.
Speech and Suicide Prevention. Instruction regarding the potential psychological consequences of irresponsible expression.
Secure Storage of Speech. Applicants will learn appropriate methods of securing books, computers, printers, smartphones, political signs, and other speech-producing devices against unauthorized access.
Safe Handling of Speech. Applicants must demonstrate that they can responsibly compose, publish, transmit, and communicate ideas.
State and Federal Speech Laws. Instruction concerning defamation, threats, harassment, prohibited locations, and circumstances where speech may lawfully be restricted.
Conflict Resolution. Training in techniques for avoiding confrontations caused by controversial opinions.
And, of course:
Live-Speech Qualification. Each applicant must stand before a government-approved instructor and demonstrate satisfactory proficiency in speaking, writing, publishing, or protesting before being certified to exercise the right.
But don't worry—your instructor being certified by a nationally recognized organization won't necessarily be enough.
The training program itself must first receive government certification, and the state will determine which programs satisfy its standards.
Once you complete all of this, submit your fingerprints, pass the checks, complete the approved training, pay the fees, and obtain government permission, your Free Speech Permit will be valid for five years.
Then you get to do it again.
And remember: possessing a valid Free Speech Permit would not necessarily mean you could immediately exercise the right. For consistency with Washington firearm law, the government could still require an additional background check and a 10-business-day waiting period before allowing a particular exercise of your constitutional right.
"Nobody is taking away your freedom of speech. We're simply requiring training, fingerprints, fees, government certification, background checks, periodic renewal, and permission before you exercise it."

Filename says Elon. It’s not Elon.
It’s the Babylon Bee — a time traveler from 2025 showing up to kill Hitler… and then realizing the checklist overlaps: force people to follow “great ideas,” silence the dangerous ones, “undesirable” groups, segregated spaces with modern excuses, gun control for the wrong people, Margaret Sanger, socialized medicine, vegetarian.
She came to assassinate evil. She leaves complimenting a painting titled “an empire without Jews” — and says it sounds beautiful.
Satire. Ugly on purpose. And that’s why it sticks.
Flock had cameras in the city of Sheboygan, WI, and city officials had no idea. They only found out about the secret cameras when a Flock salesman tried to sell them data captured by the cameras.
This is a prime example of why the 4th Amendment requires a warrant.
The legacy of FDR’s New Deal is to screw people over for all of time.
In 1942, Roscoe Filburn planted 23 acres instead of his 11 acre quota and grew 239 extra bushels to feed his own family and livestock. They fined him anyway.
The Court said 9-0 his homegrown wheat counted as interstate commerce since he wouldn’t buy from the open market and enough farmers doing the same would move national prices.
Wickard v. Filburn has never been overturned. Courts still cite it to regulate activity that never crosses a state line and never touches a market.
FDR (filthy socialist) signed a 1937 marketing order law that let USDA run a raisin reserve that later forced growers to physically hand over a share of the crop, often for little or nothing and in typical commie collectivization fashion.
When Marvin and Laura Horne refused the 47% demand in 2002–03, the USDA billed them roughly $700,000 for raisins that never left the farm.
It took a unanimous 2013 ruling so they could raise the takings defense without paying first, then an 8–1 Roberts opinion in 2015 that the reserve was an unconstitutional taking and they were owed the full value.
That finally killed the program.

A terrible thing to consider, but it is intentional.
Sales bans ARE gun confiscation by attrition.
They might not be able to get away with taking your firearms by force, but through use, accidents, disasters, and simple wear over time, they know they can whittle down the number of firearms in private hands.
No confiscation order required.
Every magazine holding 10+ rounds and every semi automatic rifle lost in the Spokane fires, cannot be legally replaced. Think about that. From a fire that was intentionally set. Yet another way they can disarm you. youtu.be/RGEe_2aI9gY
The ATF let almost 2,000 guns be sold to Mexican cartels, hoping to follow them to the kingpins in Operation Fast and Furious.
But then they lost the weapons and 2 of those rifles were recovered at the murder of a Border Patrol agent.
The Justice Department withheld the files until the House held Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt.
The guns kept turning up at crime scenes years later.
And they kept blaming licensed dealers for selling the weapons.
You know the feds fucked up at Waco when 21 children burned to death.
They lied about the munitions because they knew they fucked up too.
The FBI had negotiated the release of dozens during a 51 day standoff, until their tanks punched through the wooden walls and pumped tear gas into a building full of women and children.
Fires broke out across the compound but firefighters were kept back as 76 people burned, 21 of them children.
In 1999, the FBI admitted some pyrotechnic rounds were used but not toward the building, after lying about using anything capable of generating heat for 6 years.
Official investigations concluded the Branch Davidians started the fire.

The Only Answer You Need For "Nobody's Coming For Your Guns
Thirty years ago, Australia took 640,000 guns from its own citizens and told the world that was the fix.
Now they’re coming back for 274,000 more.
That’s the part every American gun owner needs to pay attention to.
Australia already ran the gun control experiment. They already did the buyback. They already confiscated the guns. And for decades, American politicians have pointed at Australia as the model we should copy.
But if the first confiscation solved the problem, why are they doing it again?
Because gun control never treats failure as proof the policy was wrong.
Failure becomes the excuse for the next round.
Now law-abiding Australians are being forced to hand over hundreds of thousands of firearms for cents on the dollar, while criminals and terrorists are not walking into police stations to turn in anything.
That is not a buyback.
You cannot buy back something you never sold.
It is confiscation with a receipt stapled to it.
So the next time someone asks why American gun owners won’t “compromise,” point at Australia.
They told us this was paranoia.
Now Australia is proving it in real time.
