🚨Manipulation against @gamestop continues!🚨
$GME was being shorted through the retail ETF XRT and on the Regsho threshold list over 100 days longer than the 13 days legally allowed. Then right as it comes off Regsho the leveraged GameStop ETF GMEU goes on Regsho?
This was all done to prevent GameStop's warrants from ending in the money and allowing GameStop to raise $1.9 billion dollars. This manipulation can be traced to the people responsible for it and if the @SECGov is not aware of it then they are grossly incompetent or complicit. I have submit several SEC tips about it through out this whole scheme against the GameStop warrants.

🚨 SOMETHING VERY STRANGE IS HAPPENING IN THE STOCK MARKET.
The S&P 500 is near all time highs, but beneath the surface, a completely different market is forming.
Almost half of S&P 500 stocks now are moving differently from the overall market.
Goldman says this kind of divergence looks very similar to the Tech Bubble.
The biggest reason is market concentration. The 10 largest stocks now make up around 40% of the S&P 500, and many of them are riding the AI boom.
Because these companies are so large, they can keep pushing the entire index higher even when a large part of the market is struggling.
Meanwhile, the rest of the market is dealing with rising bond yields, $100+ oil, a stronger dollar and higher borrowing costs.
These pressures are hitting companies that are more sensitive to rates, energy costs and the broader economy.
So the S&P 500 being near record highs doesn't mean everything underneath is doing well.
A small group of massive companies is making the overall market look much stronger than many stocks actually are.

Unbelievable.
3 hours later and the 10Y Note Yield is now above 5.20% for the first time in 19 years.
The 10Y Note Yield is now up +50 basis points in 30 days and +30 basis points in 2 days.
Even more remarkable is that the average American has no idea this is happening. Yet.
The bond market is imploding in front of our eyes.

🚨 EVERY COUNTRY IS LOSING CONTROL OF ITS BOND MARKET.
Japan’s 2-year yield just hit a new 31-year high.
The 5-year yield just hit a new 31-year high.
The 10-year yield just hit a new 30-year high.
For one of the most indebted economies in the world, this is very dangerous.

🚨 THIS IS THE PART I WANT EXPLAINED.
FACT:
Robinhood says Stock Tokens are TOKENIZED DEBT SECURITIES.
You do NOT legally or beneficially own the underlying stock.
Robinhood also says developers can build:
“LENDING MARKETS THAT USE STOCK TOKENS AS COLLATERAL.”
Read that again.
THE TOKEN CAN BE COLLATERAL EVEN THOUGH THE TOKEN HOLDER DOESN'T OWN THE UNDERLYING SHARE.
And these products aren't even offered to U.S. PERSONS.
NOW MY QUESTIONS:
If a token references a U.S. stock…
and that token can be lent, traded, pledged as collateral and built into structured products outside the U.S.…
WHAT EXACTLY CAN THAT COLLATERAL ULTIMATELY BE USED TO FINANCE?
Can the same economic exposure become collateral for MORE loans or MORE financial products?
Can any of that activity create additional leverage tied to the underlying U.S. stock?
What protections prevent the underlying shares supposedly backing the tokens from ALSO being lent, pledged or otherwise encumbered?
And WHO is monitoring all of this?
Because Robinhood's own documents also say:
“THE ISSUER IS NOT REGULATED.”
Yes, they disclose certain Jersey consents.
But they ALSO explicitly say those consents DO NOT constitute prudential supervision or endorsement.
So no, I'm not calling this a loophole without proof.
I'm asking something simpler:
WHY DOES A DEBT TOKEN THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU OWNERSHIP OF THE STOCK GET TO BECOME COLLATERAL FOR ANOTHER FINANCIAL PRODUCT BUILT ON TOP OF THAT STOCK'S EXPOSURE?
That's exactly the kind of financial layering investors deserve to understand.
SHOW US THE STRUCTURE.
SHOW US THE COLLATERAL RULES.
SHOW US THE 1:1.
SHOW. THE. DAMN. RECEIPTS. 🧾🔥

🚨 $NWBO — NEW COURT FILINGS
⚖️ NWBO v. Citadel Securities LLC, et al.
🏛️ SDNY | Case No. 1:22-cv-10185-GHW-GS
đź“… Filed September 21, 2026
⚠️ Not legal advice. Layman’s summary.
đź“„ Doc. 350
Defendants ask Judge Stein to keep limited portions of NWBO’s response and Appendix A sealed because they contain:
“trading data from Defendants’ internal systems that reflect how Defendants trade.”
🔥 Defendants also acknowledge that Citadel’s materials contain:
“granular details regarding how Citadel Securities’ proprietary electronic trading systems process, route, and execute NWBO orders.”
Virtu’s materials reportedly explain:
“the inner workings of Virtu’s proprietary trading systems for over-the-counter securities.”
Defendants call this information technical, proprietary and:
“of no legitimate public concern.” 🤔
🕶️ Doc. 350-1 — Sealed Exhibit
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
🤔 NWBO’s likely argument:
How can these systems be too limited or neutral to justify the requested discovery—but sophisticated and valuable enough that revealing their operation could cause competitive harm?
There is another sharp disagreement:
🔹 Defendants: The information is proprietary and “of no legitimate public concern.”
🔹 NWBO: The systems’ design and operation may be critical evidence of automated decision-making and intent.
📌 What’s potentially next: Doc. 350 was a response to NWBO’s motion to seal, not the anticipated merits reply. Entries should appear sometime on September 22, 2026.

🚨🚨SUSQUEHANNA & CITADEL MAJOR BLOW TO THEIR INSIDER TRADING LAWSUIT
The Judge in their case said that Susquehanna and Citadel had failed to provide evidence of leaked insider information.
This is a major blow to their case.
One of the "John Doe" in the case argued that Citadel and Susquehanna made a bad bet and want to use the court to recover their losses.
I find this funny as that is how they try to discredit Retail investors. Guess they don't like being the victim.
SEC and DOJ opened up an investigation in record time without establishing if there was evidence to back their claims.
We have all the evidence and SEC and DOJ turn a blind eye.
