Crazy how even staunch trans activists see how heinous the ad being sent around Texas is. Many won't stand by its claims to help emancipate children or give them access to medical transition. Ive seen many claim that its fake.
The tide is certainly turning. Around 2023, trans activists openly called non affirming households abusive and campaigned for hormones and surgery to happen as young as possible.
Trans principles are being abandoned by activists who pushed them just a few years ago. The public outcry is being heard. Trans ideology is no longer welcome.

Thanks for sharing this. I just got a call from a cousin in Fort Worth that didn’t want to vote for Talarico nor Paxton. He was going on “feelings” about the candidates. We talked for awhile, & I secured another vote for @KenPaxtonTX #TXSEN
🧵I heard yesterday from a Dem voter that she believes Talarico voted against SB 14 (88R) because it was "too broad" and Talarico himself has tried to reverse course on his views regarding "gender affirming care" for youth.
The bill was actually quite specific in its application...
The bill lastly prohibits TAXPAYER money from funding any such treatments, surgeries, or procedures. In 2023, when the bill was being debated, Talarico never ran to the mic to argue in favor of this ban on taxpayer-funded gender mutilation and sterilization. In fact, the words "mutilation" and "sterilization" - the accurate phrases for describing these services - were never uttered by him in reference to this "care".
TLDR; @jamestalarico is lying to you. He was ready to die on the hills of men in women's spaces and minors receiving life-altering puberty suppression and amputation his entire time in the Texas House. His statements and votes are on the record, and they prove that his about-face is a play.
