But here's what really sent Torres into hysterics: the state review intended to uncover wasteful spending is ALSO looking into DEI politics, H-1B foreign workers, and inappropriate library books in schools. Heaven forbid the Comptroller's office actually investigate what's being shoved into our kids' classrooms, right Aaron? He's "outraged" that Comptroller Huffines would dare look into this stuff, which tells you everything about whose side these "journalists" are on. Look, I've spent the last few years covering the heinous acts Prosper ISD has tried to bury, so watching a lazy reporter run cover for them is nothing new. But I felt the record needed correcting. In August, a Justice Department immigration judge ruled that a discriminatory job ad is not a standalone violation of immigration law. The ad only counts as evidence inside a bigger case, like an American who applied and got passed over.
Attorney General Todd Blanche had 60 days to review it, and 13 House members asked him to. He let it stand, and DOJ told Breitbart the ruling is "consistent with OCAHO precedent."
Title VII bans discriminatory job ads. The immigration law has no ad clause.
DOJ won $5 million from Instacart yesterday. PERM case. Good. That case needed Americans who were shut out of real openings.
But - apparently advertising an H-1B only job is fine!
Until Congress writes an ad ban into the law, "H-1B only" stays fair game.

Speaking in Belfast, Obama claimed Jews “took land off people” and accused Israel of surrendering the “moral high ground.”
