Sick of dudes denying these laws are deliberately vague. Twenty women and two OB-GYNs sued Texas in 2023 because that exception was unusable. The TX Supreme Court refused to clarify it, leaving doctors to guess under 99 years and $100k fines. The state chose to keep it.
