I asked AI, this is what it said about platforms that offer geoblocking so you don't have to go delete everything from your pages.
Fansly: Offers some of the most precise privacy controls in the industry. You can block entire countries, states, provinces, and even specific cities. If someone from a blocked city tries to look at your link or searches for you on the platform's For You Page (FYP), they will get an error message and your profile will be completely hidden.
Loyalfans: Provides robust geo-blocking directly through their "Privacy and Safety" settings. You can search a list of available countries and individual US states to move them onto your personal block list.
ManyVids: Allows you to block entire countries or specific regions, but it has strict limits. You can only block up to 3 entire countries and 3 specific regions at one time. Additionally, ManyVids notes that your content is blocked on your profile and live rooms, but if you enter a site-wide contest or hit the "Top Earners" board, your promotional thumbnail might still briefly show up in those specific public zones.
JustForFans: Includes standard country and US state-level blocking in its security settings.
MALOUM: Because it operates strictly under EU GDPR frameworks, it features robust regional filtering tools primarily designed to help creators tailor where their content is distributed legally across European borders.

We completely agree — effective age verification needs to be in place to prevent children from accessing age-inappropriate content on the internet. Unfortunately, the way you propose has been proven to be ineffective everywhere it’s been attempted, including in Oklahoma. Luckily, there is a solution that actually works with making every device kid safe by default, which is what we are advocating for in our letter. Our site is one of few that is currently complying with the law in Oklahoma, meaning the real risk to OK citizens of all ages lies on the hundreds of thousands of unregulated sites that remain accessible and are seeing increased traffic.
We are the only free site that requires verification from uploaders as well as proof of consent from all depicted in content on our platform. The safety of our community is our top priority — this includes a zero-tolerance policy with respect to minors on our platform. We have been engaged on these issues for many years and have consistently advocated for effective, workable solutions. We are concerned by the tone and accusations contained in your letter would welcome the opportunity to ensure you and your team have the full facts and context
The content I've shot is still being processed, but I'll be posting on any platform that actually welcomes creators.
Lmk if there's any that I may be missing from my links. I'll be going on a bit of a spree as far as verification emails go.

I built a lookup tool for adult creators.
It compares adult platforms by what they control: clients, payments, pricing, communication, visibility, rules, account risk, and portability.
Not a recommendation list. Not a safety rating. Links in comments.
ALT Dark Adult Platform Audit graphic titled “A Platform Lookup Tool for Adult Models.” It shows screenshots of the platform lookup interface, including category and platform dropdowns, an OnlyFans example score of 20/50, and icons for clients, payments, pricing, communication, visibility, and account risk. Text says creators can compare adult platforms by what they control.
