Ron DeSantis stood up to Anthony Fauci, Democrats and their media partners, and Democratic Party allies like Mitt Romney during COVID, was proven right at every single turn, and gets zero credit for it because nobody wants to admit they were wrong
Romney attacked me during Covid as an “authoritarian” who was “more dangerous than Trump.”
This was during the time when I used my power to protect people from the largest incursion against liberty in our lifetime — restrictions and mandates that Romney supported.
Blocking local governments from imposing covid mandates/restrictions is not being an “authoritarian”; it is liberating people from government overreach by city and county officials. Florida is better for our efforts, and the country would not have been liberated had we not led.
Claiming to be “severely conservative” and then smearing the one guy who delivered the conservative wish list across the spectrum shows him to be a phony.
Better than Obama but he would have given us managed decline that accepted the assumptions of the left and bowed to criticisms of the legacy media.

Susie Wiles and her close aide were screamed at and kicked out of the Oval Office by President Trump last night, according to Real America’s Voice correspondent Neil McCabe. This was after the President became aware of Susie’s efforts to scapegoat Pete Hegseth for the midterm catastrophe and her leaking info about him to the media.
Presidential Personnel Office (PPO) Deputy Director Morgan DeWitt-Snow was also shouted at by Trump and followed Susie Wiles out of the Oval. Morgan controls staffing for the Trump administration.
Morgan DeWitt-Snow is a Susie Wiles loyalist and donated to Mike Pence’s failed 2024 presidential campaign.

Says the guy who has paid political influencers to promote political agendas.
The political “influencer” industry has gotten out of hand. Special interest money has flooded the online ecosystem.
It’s why I’ve been working with lawmakers to change disclosure laws and I have also had conversations with folks at the FTC.
If you get paid to promote a protein bar you need to say “paid partnership,” if you get paid to attack someone who works for the Trump admin or trash a piece of legislation, no disclosure is needed. Time for that to change!

As someone who was there in 2024 .. getting lambasted daily by Trump supporters and his gang of social media “influencers”. Someone who fought with members of my own party trying desperately to figure out why they couldn’t understand what I and so many others saw so clearly.
Let me be the first to tell you that the temperature of the room has changed.
It seems that the reckoning of the midterms and the countless disappointments of the Trump administration have finally led to a much more significant portion of this party to the realization that results actually matter. That competency, and ideology, and principles actually play a role in this game we call politics and that promises are simply that. Promises.
I welcome it. Such a breath of fresh air from the party of freedom, liberty, the rule of law, where the constitution isn’t just the punchline of a bad joke.
And let me also be the first to tell you if you didn’t know already, we’re taking this momentum all the way to the White House. It’s now or never.

In 2024 @RonDeSantis put America 1st instead of Trump and ran for President.
The GOP and Maga put Trump 1st instead of America and it has been a dismal failure so far. He got my vote in 2020 but not in 2024.

Texas has voter ID. It purged voter rolls prior to this election. You cannot vote in Texas, or even register, without ID.
Texas turned blue. It’s real. The numbers don’t lie. Republicans crossed the aisle, not to vote -for- democrats, but to vote against maga. They also lost the independents at about 63%.
This doesn’t even broach the topic of actual historic voter turn out since the 70’s. 51% of the state’s registered voters turned out. Over 1 million vote differences between the races.
The GOP also lost the Latino vote. More young voters turned out for Talarico than seniors did for Paxton.
So no, there wasn’t voter fraud or rigged elections, this economy is so bad that people voted for their wallets.
We don’t want a war in Iran. We don’t want to be Israel’s defender. We don’t want imported Argentinian beef and tariff wars with China.
We literally just got over covid and Trump launched us into another GWOT for the same reason.
Either the GOP learns from these very clearly made mistakes or it will continue to lose. Trump’s pick for RNC chair says they won’t learn.

He didn’t just save businesses and jobs — he saved lives. And he gave folks the chance to be present with their loved ones when they needed it most.
