And there you have it
El-Sayed wants to take money from Whites who had nothing to do with slavery and provide reparations to people who never experienced it
This is racial wealth redistribution

This is one of the most detrimental programs ever approved and forced on APD. Cadets are told they’re racist before they ever even learn to be an officer or start the academy. They prohibit sworn instructors from being in a class to hear what’s being said. A known repeat offender and anti-APD individual was allowed to attend and was seen taking pictures of rosters that included officer’s name and dates of birth. Presenters have showed up intoxicated. When officers were required to take the class and attempted to have open conversations - a mixed race officer was told they weren’t black enough to have an opinion.
This contract should have been cancelled a long time ago.
Austin is paying racial-equity consultants to lecture its cops about racism -- about $3.56 million to date -- and to stop rejecting cadets with bad credit and evictions, and to fast-track black officers into command.
One APD commander was thrown out after he refused to agree to her workshop's premises about systemic racism.
She calls the workshop a "revolutionary exploration into how systems of racism work." APD cadets take this critical race theory course in their first two weeks at the academy.
She told APD to:
- Create a short-term career ladder to put more black Americans in leadership positions
- Rethink hiring disqualifiers like bad credit and evictions through a racial-equity lens
- Expand her training department-wide
The city has been cutting her checks as recently as February of this year.
APD has about 300 vacant officer positions.

Austin's Proposition I, if passed, would have the City of Austin go through an independent audit of its spending.

Austin is giving up to $84,390 to a Spanish-immersion preschool under its “cultural preservation” program.
The city says Escuelita del Alma preschool used up its savings buying a new campus that can’t proceed (because of I-35 expansion), and that the new property has a higher tax bill.
Tuition runs about $1,115 to $1,500 a month, and its website advertises a two-to-three-year waitlist, so it’s unclear why a successful preschool (by its own account) with a large demand would need a taxpayer subsidy rather than, say, increasing revenue through tuition.
The school also seems to have no trouble raising money for other things -- it has a legal defense fund for “educators facing immigration challenges,” started after one of its own teachers was deported to Venezuela. It also raised funds for a school parent detained by immigration authorities.
I'm upset, I'm angry, I'm emotional.
Of course you are - you're a liberal ... another over-emotional toddler talking about Me Me Me, My My My
Woke liberal teacher near Austin Texas breaks down in tears because “changes” are coming to her school district..
Austin ISD is closing 10 schools, is $181 MILLION short and could be taken over by the state because two of its middle schools have 5 straight F ratings..
This is what happens when woke schools push their radical left ideologies instead of actually teaching..
Save Austin Now's @MattMackowiak was on 🔥 yesterday on the Mark and Melynda show. He went off on the city's fake audit & rallied voters for prop I
Tune in and then GO vote! We can have a world class city with reasonable taxes!

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Texas AG Ken Paxton announces America's first-ever transgender Detransition Clinic is OPEN at Texas Children's Hospital — forced by his landmark $10 MILLION settlement with the hospital and the Trump DOJ
BIG WIN! 👏🏻
Texas Children's was forced to:
- Open and fully fund a Detransition Clinic providing free restorative care for 5 years
- Pay $10 million to resolve Medicaid and federal fraud claims
- Permanently strip hospital privileges from multiple doctors who performed the procedures
- Rewrite hospital bylaws so any doctor who performs a child gender transition automatically loses privileges
James Talarico voted NO on banning child sex-change procedures
Paxton just forced the largest children's hospital in America to fund free detransition care for the victims! THE CHOICE IS CLEAR

Are you still researching Austin's propositions? The choices are substantial, even the "non-substantive" ones.
I've posted the actual amendment language, analyzed the changes, and presented my stances.

The lawsuit for the election contest on Prop J is already drafted, one click away from being filed if it passes. The Council chose ballot language that misleads voters and even in this day and age, that’s not legal.
What say you #JayZ ??
Democrats keep claiming that the only thing Republicans are talking about is trans kids. Well, guess what? Democrats created that conversation. James Talarico, literally a candidate for US Senate, made it a main subject in his commentary and votes over the years.
He advocated for trans kids by stating "“I love, and just say this because it’s on my mind, the trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol to advocate for their humanity. They shouldn’t have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.”
He voted against HB25 in 2021 and against SB15 in 2023 to ban men in women's sports.
He voted against SB8 in 2025 to keep men out of women's bathrooms.
He voted against SB14 in 2023 to ban trans surgeries on minors.
Now he changes his tune in hopes that he can convince Republicans to cross party lines.
If you are a Republican and you vote for Talarico, this is what you are voting for.
He wants to fundamentally change America into a socialist government and enable things that no decent human would ever support. If someone votes for that, it will be their fault when this country fails.
In 2019, he voted against HJR38. That was the bill to ban income tax in Texas. I seriously doubt Texans are okay with an income tax.
He voted against border security: Multiple no votes on border measures across sessions, including funding for barriers/walls, additional personnel, a Texas Border Protection Unit, expanded arrest authority for state offenses, and interstate cooperation on border infrastructure.
He voted no on property tax limits (SB2 2019), which lowered the threshold requiring voter approval for local property-tax rate increases (from 8% to 3.5% for many entities).
He voted no on HJR2, the constitutional amendment permanently banning estate, inheritance, and gift taxes (which voters later approved).
Don't listen to his sudden change of heart. He is doing that to deceive voters and get them to vote against their own values.
The haters will say "But Paxton this. Paxton that!" Do you know what you won't find? Paxton supporting any of these nutty positions. Sure..go ahead...keep repeating the Talarico commentary hit pieces, but remember this,
1. As Attorney General, Paxton has won billions in lawsuits against corporations that have abused Texans.
2. Paxton took on the Bush people and won.
3. Paxton survived the Bush folks trying to throw him under the bus over and over again.
4. He took on a sitting US Senator (also a Bush guy) who had overstayed his welcome and won.
5. He is still standing.

Texas Has Lost His Sovereignty
We have mass surveillance from the ALPR systems.
We have the federal “Kill Switch” coming down the pipeline.
We face the threat of centralized banking systems.
We don't have to accept this. Texas does not have to accept this.
We have the power as a sovereign state to say no more.
But our current Texas legislature and executive administration aren't standing up for its sovereignty.
I will restore it.
Vote Jenn Mack via Write-In for Governor of Texas on November 3rd.
I'm a Constitutional Independent, unowned by any political party.
Not Red, Not Blue, Just Texas.

Dems placing a second Dan Sullivan on the ballot in Alaska (a fake candidate designed to conceal who is the actual US Senator running for re-election) is one of the most egregious attacks we have seen on the integrity of American elections. It reveals pure contempt for voters.
An Austin business owner near the the Sunrise homeless center told council yesterday about having a gun pointed at his face by a homeless man after asking the man to leave his restaurant
He asked for action before somebody loses their life
Whatever happened with the homeless man in question? Was he charged? Is he already back on the streets?
