Got a call from @SouthwestAir about my frustration with being an A lister and that it doesn’t mean anything anymore with the new changes. The person on the other told me that on their system I am just considered an average customer unless I upgrade my seats
I bet @SpiritAirlines @Delta or @united would never say that to their customers. What happened to the @SouthwestAir of old where it was about people and not making the most money?
Next time @SouthwestAir before you call me an average flyer please take a look and see that I have a business account and the amount of people from our company who uses Southwest and how much I use the Southwest visa

It doesn’t mean anything to be A List anymore. I have flown religiously on Southwest for over 20 years but these days it’s about paying money to upgrade seats and that’s what moves you to the priority lane.
