Robert and I are thrilled that our gift of over 2 million shares of SpaceX stock will be distributed to children’s Trump accounts in December!
Our initial gift (shares transferring to escrow as we speak) will go to 11 to 17-year-olds who live in zip codes with median family income (MFI) of $57,000 or less, and to those who live in zip codes with too few residents for an MFI to be reported in the census. These families should receive a notice by Monday.
In a few weeks, an additional gift will be finalized for eligible 11 to 17-year-old children in military families serving overseas, children in foster care, and more children whose MFI is $90,000 or less living in counties near our home in the great state of Texas.
Thank you to the incredible team @SpaceX, @Treasury, @IRS, @DellFdn, @GreaterHorizons, @InvestAmerica24, and the legal firms of Morgan Lewis and Gibson Dunn for working over the past few months to make this happen.
We are deeply grateful for the groundbreaking work that Brad Gerstner @altcap and @MichaelDell have done for the long-term financial security for millions of kids.
God Bless America!
Nasdaq-100's 2nd worst day of 2026 📉
I joined @cvpayne on @FoxBusiness Making Money mid-selloff:
🔹 $AMZN buyer at the 200-day
🔹 $GOOGL not touching it
🔹 $MSFT still my leader
🔹 Cyber: $HACK & $CRWD
🔹 Staples: $WMT & $COST up
Full segment 👇 @simplertrading
Semis & the Nasdaq-100 are BOTH having their 2nd worst day of 2026 👇
🔹 $SMH -7.7%
🔹 $QQQ -3.7%
I'll be live on Making Money with @cvpayne on @FoxBusiness at 2:50pm ET to talk about the selloff & where the opportunities could be. Tune in!
4/ $MSFT is still constructive. Revenue $92.3B (+19%), Azure +48%, positive free cash flow. I believe it's a continued buy up into $600 & I'm planning on buying more.
5/ $SNDK: $11.0B revenue, $49.51 adj. EPS (pre-split) & an 8-for-1 split, yet it was sold after hours. Watching the ~$1,229 expected move low, memory stocks & $SMH.

There is earnings destruction; then there is total and complete earnings destruction ($INTC).
With this move, Intel has removed all gains since the major breakaway gap post-earnings in April.
A massive break below the 200 SMA is not a buy.
AI is going to change the future of my healthcare, helping humans more quickly and effectively identify treatments for medical issues and disease.
Today, in collaboration with Anthropic, we’re excited to share rapid initial progress towards an antibody treatment for food allergy, which affects over 200 million people worldwide, discovered with the help of Claude.
At Divergence Labs, we believe that AI can unlock the next generation of antibody therapeutics with more effective mechanisms than before. Such mechanisms are urgently needed in food allergy, which involve overcoming one of the tightest affinity protein pairs in immunology, IgE and its receptor FcεRI, on mast cells.
Treatment with Xolair—the only approved antibody for food allergy—sequesters circulating IgE, but mast cells remain sensitized for weeks to months due to the extraordinarily slow dissociation of IgE from FcεRI.
We envision a treatment that actively pulls IgE off of FcεRI, without waiting for natural dissociation. Like picking a lock, this requires the right combination of geometry and force.
Our research team, working with Claude, ideated on mechanisms to accomplish this disruption, and converged on an antibody format with two arms with different functions and epitopes. Within one month, we designed, synthesized, and experimentally confirmed the biophysical function of the two arms, which we are now assembling into full therapeutic formats.
$GOOGL is down -6% post-earnings, which is not that surprising given it went into earnings under technical resistance and has fallen 2/4 quarters post-earnings.
🔹Revenue was $127.6B, a slight miss against about $128.2B expected, though still up 25% from a year ago.
🔹EPS was $2.12, a big miss against about $3.02 expected. About $0.55 of that gap is a paper loss on Alphabet's investments, but even adding it back leaves EPS around $2.67, still short of the estimate.
🔹Google Cloud revenue more than doubled to $30.7B, beating the roughly $28.7B expected. Cloud profit rose to $11.1B from $3.6B a year ago, which is the long-term bull case.
🔹Search grew 12% to $63.4B, with queries growing at the fastest pace in five years. That eases the fear that AI chatbots are eating Google Search.
🔹Cash flow is the problem. Alphabet spent $51.4B building data centers and other capacity this quarter. Free cash flow, the cash left after that spending, was negative $9.1B for the second quarter in a row. Alphabet also sold about $12.4B of new stock and $28.7B of bonds to fund itself, and new shares water down existing holders.
🔹The 1:30 PM PT call should cover the spending outlook. A higher 2027 spending number could add more pressure.
The sell-off likely stems from the earnings miss, negative cash flow, and new share sales outweighing the cloud beat.
$MSFT has made a new all-time high post-earnings. The key here is whether we see follow-through after the market opens tomorrow.
Overall, I love the reaction and the stock. Let's see if it can get above $555 and stay there.
🔹Revenue was $92.3B, ahead of the roughly $90.7B Wall Street expected and up 19% from a year ago. It also topped Microsoft's own forecast range.
🔹EPS came in at $4.89 adjusted, ahead of the $4.73 expected.
🔹Azure, the cloud business, grew 48% to $33.2B. Microsoft had guided to 44–45% growth. This is the number the stock trades on, because faster Azure growth shows the huge AI spending is turning into real revenue.
🔹Backlog, the revenue already under contract for the future, jumped 73% to $677B. That points to strong demand ahead.
🔹The weak spot was Windows and devices revenue, which fell 22%. It's a small piece of the company and isn't what's moving the stock.
Guidance comes on the 2:30 PM PT call, and that can still swing the stock. Watch for next quarter's Azure growth target and the spending plans.

MSFT & GOOGL earnings are out after the close today. My plan 🗓️
🔹 $MSFT closed at $531.33, prior high $555.45, expected move ±$26.31
🔹 Buyouts to ~60,000 employees, I'm bullish
🔹 $GOOGL is below the 200 SMA, watching $300

Everyone’s trying to catch the falling semis. @TraderDanielle went the other way.
Her trade of the day: a CrowdStrike call butterfly targeting the breakout to $280. Risk $327 to make $1,600.
Buy what’s already working, not what’s bouncing.

👀 Is $NVDA setting up for a potential breakout?
Yesterday, @traderDanielle showed @tastyliveshow why she is watching the $210–$215 support zone, a potential move toward $225, and a key technical level: the 50-day SMA.
When beaten-down stocks start recovering, a breakout above resistance can offer a compelling setup to evaluate.
Don't just watch support. Watch for strength. 📈
Replying to @chamath
Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
$META broke the 50 SMA on high volume, and $LRCX fell 1.75x its expected move.
My new breakdown covers:
🔹 Why both sold off after beating estimates
🔹 Where $SMH and the Nasdaq sit on support
