A friendly reminder about scammers.
Stay aware, folks.
Do not give these scammers anything.
Not your attention.
Not your time.
Not your money.

Last year I had the honor of attending the send off for the 44th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and today I had the pleasure of welcoming them back home in NJ! Thank you Jersey Blues! I am grateful of the service and sacrifice of each of you and your families.

Andrew Sullivan: “Once you grasp Trump as an elected monarch, his full rebuke to the very idea of America comes into clearer view.
He is precisely — almost uncannily — what this country was founded to oppose: an arbitrary, corrupt, mendacious, and utterly incompetent king”

After weeks of creating chaos and confusion, Elon Musk’s DOGE is backtracking on their decision to cut phone services for Social Security.

Elected officials shouldn’t be trading stocks while in office.
I support bipartisan legislation to prevent Members of Congress from profiting off their positions.
Let’s fight corruption. Let’s pass a ban on stock trading NOW.

Stop 3 of my 19 county rural tour: Fergus Falls!
I stopped by the Minnesota Veterans Home, where I had the honor to meet WWII veterans Harry (103) and Tony (100).
Looking out for our men and women who served isn't a red issue or a blue issue — it's an American issue.

Bank Of America called the Police on a 93 yr old man, who wanted to make a money withdrawal with an expired identification. Bank refused! Officer Robert Josett took the man to the DMV, helped him get his identification renewed, then took him back to the bank to get his money. 👍

For every attempt of this administration to erase the stories of great veterans, we must commit ourselves to stand in opposition; to tell their stories; to righting these wrongs. We must commit ourselves to not let them cheapen the great American story with their erasures of the struggles of American veterans who are minorities.
Thank you Lucy for speaking up with me. You have my commitment to do this work.

This is a long clip (19 mins) , but if you get the time, it is well worth it. Chris Murphy is absolutely dialed in to what’s happening and he perfectly articulates what we are bearing witness to in real time
