A slight challenge in bringing much of this home is unfortunately that a lot of our clients are stuck in the Windows XP era (literally using it today on their workstations) and treating IT as their last priority, even though e-health will soon be in full swing in Poland.

Just discovered EmpowerMD youtu.be/jnGlOCBK3kM - it looks like a really great usage of audio transcription technology. Will it work for other languages like Polish? Need to research this a bit further later.

Solved a massive thread leak in SymbolSource. Lesson learned: don't mess around with creating a TelemetryConfiguration, just use .Active
