Just google something along the lines of "nuget command line process wrapper". That's my go to method before writing anything that feels like a common task.

Yes, but this approach optimizes only the number of tests, not time (and a test takes some time), which is also quite important here.

A slight challenge in bringing much of this home is unfortunately that a lot of our clients are stuck in the Windows XP era (literally using it today on their workstations) and treating IT as their last priority, even though e-health will soon be in full swing in Poland.
