Agent surgeons
Last night an AI agent performed brain surgery on a mouse.
We gave it 19 gene therapy vectors in a spreadsheet, a mouse model of epilepsy, access to a motorize surgery rig with cameras and one goal: reduce seizures.
It picked the drug. It picked the brain region. It derived the coordinates from three papers. Then it drove the stereotaxic arms into the brain and injected 250 nanolitres while watching the entry site through the rig camera for bleeding.
A licensed vet gated every irreversible step and held a physical kill switch to stop the AI agent.
Thread on what it decided, what it saw, and the moment it refused to let me override it.
[Writing this on the spot out of excitement, but I've been 18hrs in front of my laptop coding and coordinating this, so keeping it brief and descriptive, more cohesive thoughts on this soon...]

The harsh, unglamorous reality of running a research lab in India:
• 9 months spent navigating bureaucratic loops just to onboard a single postdoctoral fellow.
• Two nationally funded grants stuck in fiscal limbo, sanctioned on paper, zero cash flow in practice.
• Project staff and research fellows surviving without salaries for 90 days.
We celebrate Nobel dreams and technological self-reliance on public stages, but behind the laboratory doors, PIs spend 70% of their bandwidth begging finance desks to release sanctioned funds and apologizing to unpaid junior scholars.
Science does not fail in India due to a lack of intellect or ambition; it gets slowly suffocated by procedural inertia and financial apathy. If we cannot ensure basic salary timelines for young researchers, talking about global leadership is pure theater. 🎯☕📊🔬

Even if longevity of this kind is achievable but how the world shall deal with it’s consequences which are extremely difficult to tackle
Longevity is coming. I’m talking about the human lifespan reaching 300 plus years, and I’m talking about what that does to the world.
We can keep a person at a biological age of 25 to 35. At that age you almost never die of a health condition. You die of an accident. We are seeing this in animal studies from mice through dogs and primates, and I don’t think there is a limit.
A person who is 200 years old and biologically 35 is still working. That solves the falling birth rates and shrinking workforces every country is worried about. Scientists will take on the hundred year projects they never would have started. People will have time to achieve their goals.
Health care becomes injury care. Most of what people see a doctor for today goes away. Governments will want their citizens on these treatments because keeping people young is cheaper than treating them old. The drugs are expensive now. They will come down, and the people who benefit first will be the ones who know to ask their doctor for them.
In the future we will live long, healthy lives as long as we maintain our immune systems. I believe this is real.
12-13 years back I stopped newspapers . Kept just one that too on sat-sun . Newspapers are of great help in many household works 🙏
Reading @timesofindia these days feels like searching for news amidst advertisements.
The first 4–6 pages are practically all ads. And even after that, news is sandwiched between advertisements.
At what point does a newspaper stop being a source of news and become an advertising catalogue?
Is anyone else noticing this?

🔥 BREAKING: TrialSite News COVERS OUR 54-SPECIES DNA DISCOVERY! HERE IS OUR RESPONSE TO THEIR "CRITICAL TEST": WHY NCBI IS REAL WET-LAB DATA & WHY CAMBRIDGE (Nature, 2024) ALREADY DID THE WET-LAB VALIDATION! 🧬🌍💥
Major biomedical outlet @TrialsiteN just published a feature review of our 2026 research (Victor Logvinovich & Jean-Claude Perez):
📰 "Scientists Find Hidden Patterns in DNA Across 54 Species - but Claims of a Genetic Operating System Face a Critical Test."
We thank TrialSite News for covering our work and awarding a 7/10 Pluralism Index for open-source transparency! Now let’s address their critical questions with rock-solid facts: 👇
"WHERE ARE THE WET-LAB EXPERIMENTS?" - NCBI RefSeq IS THOUSANDS OF WET-LAB EXPERIMENTS!
🔬 The review notes that our findings are "computational" and lack wet-lab confirmation.
Let’s be crystal clear: we did NOT analyze synthetic computer-generated strings!
We audited 54 real cellular species and 9,834,024 held-out codon transitions in the official NCBI RefSeq database (including the Telomere-to-Telomere human reference T2T-CHM13v2.0 and 14 benchmark human RefSeqGene loci: TP53, BRCA1, KRAS, HBB, etc.).
Every single nucleotide in NCBI RefSeq is the product of thousands of physical wet-lab sequencing, PCR, and transcriptomic experiments verified globally over decades!
When 52 of 54 species (and 54/54 by 95% bootstrap CIs!) pass 7 strict null-model filters, and 14/14 human genes show strictly positive syntax in spliced protein-coding exons (+0.1721 nats/codon) vs. strictly negative scores in excised introns (-0.3097, p = 6.1×10⁻⁵), that is a hard empirical law of biological matter!
"NOT TESTED ON COMMERCIAL mRNA VACCINES?" - CHECK OUR COMPANION PAPER & CAMBRIDGE (NATURE, 2024)!
🏛️ TrialSite News wrote: "The codon-optimization experiment tested a simplified design strategy, not commercial mRNA vaccines... No protein production, folding, toxicity or clinical outcomes were measured."
Two crucial facts the review missed:
1️⃣ TrialSite News only reviewed our FIRST preprint ("From Form to Program", v14.8, where industrial Max-CAI crashed all 14/14 human genes from +0.0427 to -0.0589 nats/codon).
In our SECOND companion paper ("The Double-Stranded Codon Torus", v3.5), we explicitly audited the exact commercial sequences of Pfizer/BioNTech BNT162b2 (3,825 nt) and Moderna mRNA-1273 (3,828 nt / NCBI vector OR134578.1)!
We proved mathematically that single-strand GC3 optimization in Pfizer BNT162b2 wiped out all 63 natural antisense stop barriers ({TTA, CTA, TCA} -> 0), opening a massive 1,101-CODON (3,303 nt) CAT-initiated antisense Open Reading Frame, while Moderna mRNA-1273 demolished 143 of 145 stop barriers in the shifted +2 sense frame (an 820-codon runway) and incurred negative human ribosomal cross-scoring penalties (d2b = -0.0549 and -0.0616)!
2️⃣ Want wet-lab proof of what happens when ribosomes translate these modified, GC-rich commercial mRNA vaccines in living cells and humans?
University of Cambridge ALREADY DID THOSE WET-LAB TESTS in Nature (Mulroney, Willis et al., Jan 2024)! Using LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry, Western blots, [35S]methionine ribosome stalling assays, and IFN-gamma ELISpot on vaccinated mice and 21 humans, Cambridge proved that ribosomes stall and slip (+1 frameshifting ~8–10% of the time) on BNT162b2, producing off-target chimeric proteins and unintended T-cell immunity!
Jean-Claude Perez predicted it first, Cambridge proved it in the wet lab in Nature, and our 2026 Double-Stranded Codon Torus mathematics proved the exact first-principles mechanism!
THE CRAIG VENTER JCVI-syn3.0 "PARADOX": A FEATURE, NOT A BUG!
🎯 TrialSite News noted that our algorithm blindly flagged foreign engineered markers (E. coli lacZ, yeast HIS3, bla) and ASCII watermarks in JCVI-syn1.0, while all 412 coding genes in Venter’s minimal cell JCVI-syn3.0 retained positive scores.
Why? Because Venter’s team did NOT rewrite those 412 essential genes with Max-CAI - they chemically copied the NATURAL Mycoplasma mycoides coding sequences! Had they destroyed the natural 30-codon Markov program inside those 412 essential genes, the minimal cell would never have survived! Our forensic scanner detects whether the NATURAL GENETIC PROGRAM is intact (+0.2792 in the 412 native genes) vs. foreign or artificial sequences (-0.4825 in all 10/10 synthetic watermark cassettes)!
🤝 OUR OPEN CHALLENGE TO WET LABS WORLDWIDE
We completely agree with @TrialsiteN on the next milestone: testing our constructive, open-source Duplex-Safe Viterbi Compiler (which preserves 100% of the amino-acid sequence, restores +0.2142 nats/codon of human ribosomal syntax, eliminates antisense ATG starts, and restores 30 antisense + 39 frame-+2 stop barriers) head-to-head against industrial Max-CAI in living cells!
We have zero grants and no corporate patents. Our Zero-RNG Python verification suite is 100% open-source. We openly invite any molecular biology lab in the world to run this head-to-head wet-lab assay!
Medicine must be safe, transparent, and accessible - because Human Life is always above money! 🙏❤️🌍

🚨🧬 AN OPEN MATHEMATICAL CHALLENGE TO PFIZER & MODERNA: What Single-Stranded "Codon Optimization" Broke Inside the mRNA Vaccines - And How to Fix It on the Double-Stranded Codon Torus 𝕋₄³! 🔬⚡️
When designing genetic medicines for billions of human beings, HUMAN HEALTH MUST COME FIRST - above commercial speed, patent races, and multibillion-dollar profits! ❤️🌍
Today, Jean-Claude Perez @JCPEREZCODEX and I (Victor Logvinovich) are releasing our complete, peer-auditable mathematical treatise and 100% Open-Source verification suite:

We audited 9,834,024 held-out codon transitions across 9 NCBI RefSeq reference genomes (including the complete human genome Human_T2T), the 100-kb human chromosome 17 locus, and full-length SARS-CoV-2 Spike constructs from Pfizer/BioNTech (BNT162b2) and Moderna (mRNA-1273 & NCBI vector OR134578.1) - with ZERO Monte Carlo simulations, using only exact algebraic theorems and contingency-table proofs.
Here is the plain-English breakdown of what we proved, what Big Pharma engineers missed, and how our open-source algorithm solves it! 👇
📖 1. HOW THE LANGUAGE OF LIFE ACTUALLY WORKS (IN PLAIN ENGLISH)
Think of a gene as a sentence written in 3-letter words (codons) from the 4-letter alphabet {A, C, G, T}. Together, the 4³ = 64 codons form a 3D discrete torus:
𝕋₄³ = (ℤ/4ℤ)³
Crucially, biological DNA and double-stranded RNA intermediates do NOT exist in a single-stranded vacuum. Every codon c on the sense strand has an exact antiparallel Watson–Crick mirror partner on the complementary strand:
ρ(c) = −R·c + 3·1 (mod 4)
Moreover, when a ribosome or polymerase moves along a sequence, there are SIX possible reading lanes (frames):
• Frame +0: the main protein-coding lane;
• Frames +1 and +2: shifted sense lanes (if a ribosome slips by 1 or 2 letters during pausing);
• Frames −0, −1, −2: the three antiparallel lanes on the opposite strand.
In nature, evolution built a brilliant 6-lane safety system:
Every 40 to 100 steps along the 5 off-frame lanes (+1, +2, −0, −1, −2), nature places "RED TRAFFIC LIGHTS" - termination (Stop) codons {TAA, TAG, TGA}. If a ribosome slips off-frame or an enzyme transcribes the opposite strand, it immediately hits a red light and halts.
Even more remarkably, we proved (Theorems 4.3 & 5.5) that while a single strand has 64 − 21 = 43 synonymous degrees of freedom, reading both strands together via α_dup(c) = (α(c), α(ρ(c))) collapses the synonymous space to just 8 binary doublets (64 − 56 = 8)!
Across all 9 reference genomes, 74.1% to 88.5% of the sense-strand "synonymous program" S_syn (82.5% in Human_T2T, and 88.97% of marginal synonymous entropy H(C|A)!) is actually carried by the ANTISENSE amino-acid channel A^ρ = α(ρ(C)):
S_syn = I(Cᵢ₋₁; Aᵢ^ρ | Aᵢ) + I(Cᵢ₋₁; Cᵢ | Aᵢ, Aᵢ^ρ)
⚠️ 2. THE BLIND SPOT OF INDUSTRIAL "CODON OPTIMIZATION"
When industrial engineers optimize an mRNA vaccine, they treat the gene as a flat, single-stranded string. To force human cells to pump out maximum Spike protein, they aggressively replace A and T at the 3rd (wobble) position of codons with G and C (maximizing GC3 and CAI).
The amino-acid sequence stays the same. But what happens to the "red traffic lights" across the other 5 reading lanes?
In Corollary 4.4, we proved three exact mathematical laws governing the 6-frame duplex:
1️⃣ To place a STOP sign {TAA, TAG, TGA} in the antiparallel frame (−0), the sense strand MUST use three specific Leucine and Serine codons ending in A:
ρ⁻¹(Stop) = F_{Leu,Stop} ∪ F_{Ser,Stop} = {TTA, CTA, TCA}
2️⃣ To create a START sign (ATG) in the antiparallel frame (−0), the sense strand must contain the Histidine codon ending in T:
ρ⁻¹({ATG}) = F_{His,Met} = {CAT}
3️⃣ To place a STOP sign {TAA, TAG, TGA} in the shifted sense frame (+2), the preceding sense codon MUST end in T (because every Stop codon begins with T)!
Now look at what happened when Pfizer and Moderna ignored Corollary 4.4! 👇
🔴 3. PFIZER'S FLAW (BNT162b2 - 3,825 nt, 1,275 codons)
In wild-type SARS-CoV-2 Spike (NC_045512.2), nature placed 63 sense codons from {TTA = 28, CTA = 9, TCA = 26}. These create 63 in-frame Stop barriers along antisense frame −0, keeping the longest unbroken antisense span to just 103 codons (and the longest ATG → Stop ORF to 79 codons).
What did Pfizer/BioNTech do in BNT162b2?
• They boosted GC3 from 26.65% to 81.05% (increasing CpG dinucleotide density 7.27× from 0.76 to 5.52 per 100 nt).
• In doing so, they WIPED OUT every single codon in {TTA, CTA, TCA}:
TTA = 0, CTA = 0, TCA = 0 (0 out of 63!).
• By Corollary 4.4(i), this deleted ALL 63 Stop barriers in antisense frame −0, turning the entire 1,275-codon (3,825-nt) antiparallel frame into a 100% open, brake-free highway!
• Worse still: while deleting all 63 antisense stops, Pfizer's engineers left 2 sense CAT (Histidine) codons near the 3' end of the gene! On the opposite strand, ρ(CAT) = ATG (a canonical Start codon)!
💥 THE RESULT IN PFIZER BNT162b2: A continuous, unbroken antiparallel ATG → End Open Reading Frame spanning 1,101 consecutive codons (3,303 nucleotides, triplets 175..1275)!
🟠 4. MODERNA'S FLAW (mRNA-1273 - 3,828 nt & NCBI Vector OR134578.1)
We audited both Moderna's monovalent mRNA-1273 sequence (3,828 nt, triple terminal stop TGATAATAG) and Moderna's expression vector in NCBI GenBank (OR134578.1, 3,819 nt).
What did Moderna do?
• They pushed GC3 to an extreme 95.52% (94.25% in OR134578.1), driving CpG density up 9.50× to 7.21 per 100 nt!
• Because they replaced every Histidine codon with CAC (CAT = 0), Moderna eliminated all in-frame ATG start sites in antisense frame −0 (0 codons of ATG → End vs. 1,101 in Pfizer!), and 4 retained {TTA, CTA, TCA} codons (1/1/2) cap antisense frame −0 spans at 458 codons.
• BUT COROLLARY 4.4(ii) STRUCK ON THE SENSE STRAND!
By pushing GC3 to 95.52%, Moderna stripped out almost all wobble-T codons across the gene - dropping them from 590 (wild-type) and 139 (Pfizer) down to just 33 across all 1,276 codons!
• Without a T at the end of a codon, the next triplet in shifted sense frame +2 CANNOT start with T - meaning it can NEVER form a stop codon {TAA, TAG, TGA}!
💥 THE RESULT IN MODERNA mRNA-1273: The number of Stop barriers in shifted SENSE frame +2 collapsed 72.5-FOLD - from 145 stops (in wild-type Spike) down to JUST 2 stops across the entire gene (5 in OR134578.1)!
Right on the sense strand, in shifted frame +2 (where N1-methylpseudouridine ribosomal frameshifting occurs!), Moderna opened a massive unbroken stop-free corridor of 820 consecutive codons (2,460 nucleotides, triplets 122..941)!
📉 5. HOW SINGLE-CODON GREED CRASHED HUMAN RIBOSOMAL SYNTAX
Human ribosomes do not read codons in isolation - they read consecutive codon transitions (bigrams). In Theorems 5.3 and 5.4, we proved the exact chain-rule decomposition of codon-bigram mutual information:
I(Cᵢ₋₁; Cᵢ) = I(Aᵢ₋₁; Aᵢ) + d₂b + S_syn
where:
• I(Aᵢ₋₁; Aᵢ) is protein dipeptide syntax;
• d₂b = I(Cᵢ₋₁; Aᵢ | Aᵢ₋₁) is codon-to-next-amino-acid context (which vanishes if and only if the protein projection is Kemeny–Snell Markov lumpable, Theorem 5.6);
• S_syn = I(Cᵢ₋₁; Cᵢ | Aᵢ) is the contextual synonymous program pacing the ribosome.
In Theorem 6.1 and Proposition 6.2, we proved that deterministic Max-CAI / Max-GC3 optimization annihilates internal syntax (S_syn = 0, d₂b = 0) and incurs a strictly NEGATIVE Kullback–Leibler cross-scoring penalty under a natural reference kernel!
Look at the real cross-scoring numbers on the held-out Human_T2T reference genome (2,342,893 human transitions):
• Native Human_T2T genes: d₂b = +0.0483 nats/codon ✅
• Wild-Type SARS-CoV-2 Spike: d₂b = +0.0222 nats/codon ✅
• Pfizer BNT162b2 (3,825 nt): d₂b = −0.0549 nats/codon ❌ (KL crash!)
• Moderna mRNA-1273 (3,828 nt): d₂b = −0.0616 nats/codon ❌ (KL crash!)
• Moderna NCBI (OR134578.1): d₂b = −0.0635 nats/codon ❌ (KL crash!)
Simultaneously, duplex strand-current divergence σ_dup = D_KL(J_f || J_ρ) (Proposition 8.5) escalates from 17.89 nats in wild-type Spike to 21.24 nats in Pfizer and 25.08 nats in Moderna!
🟢 6. OUR SOLUTION: THE DUPLEX-SAFE VITERBI COMPILER!
True science doesn't just point out flaws - it builds the solution.
In Section 12.1, we built a 100% deterministic (Zero-RNG) dynamic-programming compiler on the codon torus:
✨ Human_DuplexSafe_Viterbi_Spike_2P ✨ (Corollary 4.4 + Proposition 6.3)
It encodes the EXACT SAME Spike-2P protein (with K986P/V987P), while respecting both strands of the human genetic code:
1️⃣ Strongly Positive Human Ribosomal Syntax:
Cross d₂b = +0.2142 nats/codon (vs. −0.0549 in Pfizer and −0.0616 in Moderna!), Cross S_syn = +0.1557, Cross d₃b = +0.3304 nats/codon!
2️⃣ Eliminates Pfizer's 1,101-Codon Antisense ORF:
By enforcing φ(His) = CAC (CAT = 0), it leaves ZERO in-frame ATG start sites in antisense frame −0 (Frame −0 ATG → End = 0 codons vs. 1,101 in Pfizer)!
3️⃣ Restores 30 Antisense Stop Barriers in Frame −0:
Retains 30 codons from {TTA = 23, CTA = 1, TCA = 6}, capping the longest unbroken antisense span at just 174 codons (522 nt, vs. 1,275 codons in Pfizer)!
4️⃣ Eliminates Moderna's 820-Codon Frame +2 Corridor:
Restores 39 Stop barriers in shifted sense frame +2 (vs. only 2 in Moderna!), capping the longest frame +2 span at 144 codons (432 nt, vs. 820 codons in Moderna)!
5️⃣ Natural Human Compositional Balance:
GC3 = 67.69%, CpG = 3.51 per 100 nt, 64-codon Shannon entropy H_cod = 5.5910 bits, and near-native duplex divergence σ_dup = 19.7983 nats.
📊 SUMMARY SCORECARD (VERIFY EVERY NUMBER YOURSELF!)
• WT SARS-CoV-2: GC3=26.7% | Cross d₂b=+0.0222 | Stops(+2)=145 | Stops(−0)=63 | Frame −0 ATG→End = 79 cod.
• Pfizer BNT162b2: GC3=81.1% | Cross d₂b=−0.0549 ❌ | Stops(+2)=20 | Stops(−0)=0 🚨 | Frame −0 ATG→End = 1,101 cod. 🚨
• Moderna mRNA-1273: GC3=95.5% | Cross d₂b=−0.0616 ❌ | Stops(+2)=2 🚨 (820-cod span!) | Stops(−0)=4 | Frame −0 ATG→End = 0 cod.
• Our DuplexSafe-Viterbi: GC3=67.7% | Cross d₂b=+0.2142 ✅ | Stops(+2)=39 ✅ | Stops(−0)=30 ✅ | Frame −0 ATG→End = 0 cod. ✅

I had written about it a couple of months back
Very well said
The persistent sense of chronic exhaustion and anxiety reported by many individuals today may stem from an "evolutionary mismatch." This psychological concept posits that the rapid transformation of our contemporary environment has far outpaced the gradual rate of human biological evolution. Consequently, the neurological and behavioral adaptations that our ancestors developed to survive small-scale, primitive settings are poorly suited for the hyper-connected digital age. Researchers point to three compounding modern variables that amplify this psychological strain:
First, digital networks have drastically inflated our natural comparison groups. Historically, individuals evaluated their personal success against a small, localized community. Today, social media algorithms expose users to the polished highlights, exceptional wealth, and curated physical appearances of millions of strangers. Processing updates and accomplishments from thousands of disparate sources can leave people with a skewed perception of reality, making a perfectly normal life feel inadequate.
Second, geographical distance no longer buffers individuals from crisis. The structural design of modern information systems ensures that distant wars, catastrophic natural disasters, and macroeconomic collapses are broadcast directly into our immediate awareness. This constant proximity creates deep emotional investment in global problems, leaving individuals burdened by collective trauma while remaining entirely powerless to enact meaningful change.
Third, these structural pressures do not occur in isolation. Instead, financial instability, social rivalry, and international turmoil overlap and reinforce one another, forcing the nervous system into a state of perpetual vigilance. This compounding feedback loop makes it incredibly difficult for the human brain to relax, ultimately contributing to prolonged status anxiety, stress, and societal alienation. While this theoretical framework does not claim to explain every individual instance of mental distress, it underscores a critical lesson: mitigating widespread anxiety requires fixing the structural environments generating it, rather than solely advising individuals to improve their personal coping mechanisms.

A tiny new implant injected via a standard needle wirelessly regulates nerve signals — ending chronic pain without surgery, wires, or internal batteries.
Developed by researchers at NYU Abu Dhabi and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, the miniature device—dubbed SEED (Stimulating Electrode for Electroceutical Delivery)—can be delivered through a standard medical needle.
Positioned precisely near a targeted nerve using routine ultrasound or CT imaging, the seed-sized implant receives power wirelessly from a compact external transmitter.
Once activated, it delivers soft electrical impulses that disrupt malfunctioning pain signals before they reach the brain, bypassing the need for invasive surgical procedures or internal battery packs.
Traditional spinal stimulators require complex surgeries and carry risks of hardware infection, while oral painkillers often bring severe side effects and addiction risks.
By offering a customizable, injectable alternative, this wireless electroceutical technology represents a major leap in non-surgical therapy for chronic pain, movement disorders, and paralysis. While currently in preclinical testing, it paves the way toward safer, on-demand relief that can be adjusted in real time by clinicians and patients alike.

The ideal carbon content of soil in farming lands should be 2 or higher .
Majority of places in India has carbon content less than 0.5 . Burning stubble not just reduces it further but destroys the good microbial environment too which is crucial for soil fertility
It’s not just air pollution but soil and water pollution too
As India braces for Delhi - Mumbai "pollution season" and accompanied protests (we can all predict this), do read my post below.
Attached is a photo of Singapore in media some days ago. It seems their pollution level had gone to hazardous levels.
Not because the well managed and clean city-state did any mistake, but because of Indonesia burning their forests.
The fires of Indonesia themselves seem a little suspicious. They didn't happen naturally but were lit widely by humans - specifically companies. Right at a time when the wind will turn towards Singapore.
So the Singapore govt is now taking some extreme steps like going after these culprit companies even if they are based outside Singapore. Good work by their govt.
But here's what Indians need to understand. Delhi or Mumbai pollution getting worse at this time of the year is not because of automobile, not because of road dust, not because of construction activity as they are all always blamed.
They do contribute their bit, but never as much as farm fires. Just like Singapore facing Indonesian farm and forest fires, Indian cities face farm fires lit by our Anna Datas in many provinces.
The govt and local authorities are afraid of them. They have already been encouraged to use machines and compactors but they wont. If authorities go to tell them to use it, they may get violent and force the authorities to burn the farms themselves.
Now what I feel is going on is some kind of deliberate burning at the right time, using wind direction, to cause pollution in Delhi and Mumbai. Just like Singapore is being hit with pollution from Indonesia by some companies.
So people can protest all they want against Delhi and Mumbai govt in the coming months. They can imagine if they do a "regime change" this pollution issue will go away. But this pollution isn't going away until farm burning stops.
