Rarely, IF EVER, do you have a trial where the prosecution is basically begging the judge to declare a mistrial! That’s how bad this case is! A mistrial is a WIN for the defense no matter how you spin it. Here we have TweedleDee & TweedleDumber wanting it to end now so they can say they convinced at least one juror, even though they really couldn’t even do that beyond a reasonable doubt.
