A big reason the housing market is fucked is that people keep agreeing to pay double or triple what a house cost five years ago. Just because a bank approves your loan and you can afford, or barely afford the mortgage, doesn’t mean paying that price is a bright idea. I’ve literally seen people pay $600K+ for houses that used to sell for $250K–$300K. What changed about the house to make it worth that much more? Nothing. In other words, don’t buy it and then bitch later that everything is overinflated. Same applies for everything out there.

I think this will be a good investments, but I need to see more information on the other lawsuits.

$CANF pancreatic cancer Phase 2a trial met its safety goal. Next up: Phase 3 psoriasis interim results around Q1–Q2 2027 and liver cancer interim results targeted for Q2, possibly earlier. Safety is encouraging, but proving the drugs work is the next big test. My money is on thag they will pass and we will see a good boost. I'm buying some now.
