The lady who produced the report containing these lies went to work for Starmer. We know they were lies because the lady herself instructed Starmer to remove them from a speech when she was his chief of staff.
Maybe those who believe all the nonsense re Boris should at least take look at who is saying them and take a step back and ask yourself:

Why should the bulk of the UK - the 87.5% that doesn’t trade with the EU - only 12.5% of our economy does - have to sign up to the EU’s OTT rules, Bad move!
Even small local bakeries that never trade with the EU will have to follow EU rules on ingredients, packaging, and nutritional information. Industry compliance costs are estimated at £2 to £3 billion. They will also face additional compliance costs every time the EU changes its rules.
UK taxpayers will also have to pay the EU for its policy work to create and enforce these rules on UK firms. This could be up to £3 billion a year, every year.

The Royal Navy has intercepted a Russian spy ship off the coast of Scotland.
Helicopters were dispatched to track the intelligence-gathering ship, which was “closely monitoring” a Nato exercise, near the Outer Hebrides.

Why on earth would we want to remove checks on EU products right now?
The #EUReset wants the UK to have certificate-free borders with the EU, but the EU is full of animal diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease in cattle, African Swine Fever in pigs and wild boar, Peste des Petits Ruminants (PPR) in sheep and goats, and Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) in cattle.
Why would any farmer or meat and dairy consumer want a certificate-free border with the EU?

In @bbcPolitics Live @faisalislam gets it wrong. We are not going to get a NZ style vet agreement with EU. They have a deal based on equivalence. EU refused to agree equivalence deal. @downingstreet accept “dynamic alignment” ie. EU makes the law in the UK and UK has to obey rulings of EU Court. This is not democracy. Also no challenge from the @BBC on how much this will cost farmers and the taxpayer.
